McDonald's India

One of the ridiculous places on earth on can be.
I asked for a brownie and was given a cup full of ice cream with chocolate without brownie.
Went to the counter and they told they cannot do anything for it. If you want to waste your money please come here.

It's a level down from ground floor but has seating on ground floor as well, located in a big complex where other eateries are available, so you get choices out there.

MacD seating isn't that spacious, it gets crowded easily on the lower level but certainly you can take out food to ground level and enjoy. It is on the way to Kasauli and therefore is a good stop by.

The place is good but do check your order if it is a take away. Twice they made mistake and forgot to pack the whole order. It was too late to come back and question them as I was already on my way.

Its good and you can have some food here before reaching kausali and here are also some hotel nearby

This is awesome place when we are going to kasauli, you can stop here and enjoy with your love ones. Bad news is currently mc Donald's is closed due to some distribution with owners but there are lots of cafes inside where you can enjoy more than it. This is my favourite place. Everytime I visit kasauli or Shimla Everytime I stopped here and enjoy. My recommendation is visit this place and then move on. I am placing some pics this time. Here in the pics behind it they just make their own way to cross the water and side of that they set up for sitting that is the most I like it.some cafes have self service some are providing service depend on the cafe.

One of the most uniquely built McDonald's I've visited. One should visit this place during monsoon or rainy weather, at that time this place looks truly magnificent!

Good clean and air conditioned environment. Service speed can be improved. Seemed lack of staff affected efficiency and speed of order.

It is good considering it's not really McDonald's anymore. They have been able to serve a similar taste.

Mc Donald's India is working more on cost cutting and reducing the availability of menu items rather than taste and increasing meal items. Most of the time we visit McDonald's and our favourite meal is out of stock. Even kiddy meal is not available in many of the outlets visited by us from past 6 to 8 months.

Since the north India franchisee has been in a legal battle with Mc Donald's this particular outlet can suddenly be out of stock on many things, once they only had vegetarian items, be warned. Also, the washroom is not in the same building, its a few mins walk away.

The restaurant is well placed on the Chandigarh-Shimla highway, before Dharampur. The place is perfect for a short snack or a meal, depending upon the time you cross it. McDonald's opens at 9 AM. Everyday new, fresh stock comes in, so no doubt about the freshness. Plus the service is okayish. When I visited, almost all tables had trays lying, partially due to customers, as they are meant to clean them by themselves, and partially due to lack of employees. The food is at par with the McDonald's you will find anywhere else in India. Perfect spot to stop and grab a bite. Coffee here is great too.

Location is cool. The concept of sitting downstairs or on the ground floor is neat. Not too crowded. Fresh food, responsible staff. Clean area. And just outside there's a zen garden inside the food court in front. Zen garden is unique. Calm. Creative look. There's a river flowing, quite sitting place.

I visited this place with my friends and family few days back, I want to praise their staff because they did a very good thing.
They stopped my bag from getting stolen, and helped me catch the thief

Spends over a decade evenings at this place mostly rainy weekends. Residing in Chandigarh is the benefit to get there in less than 1 hour.

I recommend this place for romantic couples for a quick refreshments and have a chit-chat while playing a list of Kishore Da awesome song-list.

I love it's burger and all fast food it offers especially fries but U don't have much options to visit. I have visited sec 35 Chandigarh, Panchkula and jabli near parwanoo in Himachal. Food is good. Service is inconsistent eventhough it is self service but still U interact to place order to representatives. U can make clear differentiation when U visit these place. I feel my experience of Jabli is far better as they offer one thing free with unhealthy food that is smile. Otherwise who the hell cares.why we these companies which taught every one with its amazing.growth has forgotten the basic thing. Sometimes if U care at all U can easily notice from their faces that you are burden on them. Why the #*#**. U came. But even we are busy too in just getting food. Still I personally feel carrying batch of smiley and offering food with expressions that they can break down anytime.

1. Ur representatives hardly smile. I have no knowledge compare to Ur experts but with basic knowledge of consumer psychology doctrate which even layman can tell you smiling faces offers positive vibes and it's add to experience. Consumers have their opinions not just because of food but overall experience

2. For God sake please focus on hygiene even after my complain which I don't want to bring publicly no response no improvement was done but now Indian customers don't accept unhygienic food and they are vocalised enough to close KFC unit which happened in front of me with outrage on unhygienic food

Surprised to see McDonald's in hills and it is always good to have your favourite food at a remote place. View was top class from there.

This is the best place between Parwanoo and Shimla with ample parking space and very good quality food outlets.

This McDonalds is located on the way to Shimla near Parwanoo.
Location is very beautiful but prices in this McD is higher than other McD and i think the reason for this might be the hill location.

Pathetic, the french fries ordered for kids were half cooked and soggy. Locational advantage is the only plus, as the joint lacks even basic housekeeping.

The service isn't that good, and the staff is very lousy. Everything takes too much time all the time and you could be left for 5 minutes at the counter without anyone taking your order (that is a long time when you're there). Other than that, excellent location. That, I think, is the only reason it is actually being used cause that is literally the only good thing about it that I can see.

Its not only McDonalds, there are other restaurant adjoining it. I basically didn't visited McD but chawalas2, which was good.

Experience at McDonald's has been excellent, as good as in any other McDonald's anywhere in the country. This outlet is located in Jabli on Kalka Shimla national highway. It is a two storey building, one storey on the level of road abd another below it. Main hall is down stairs. An excellent experience.

Nice place.but it's very small as compared to the crowd.specially on weekends. There was a huge queue.

Nice place. A wonderful stop for Shimla bound people. Parking available. Ambiance is good. Though the outside road is a bit crowded. There is a food plaza in the same complex. So one can try out other things like samosa or buskin robins or even dominos pizza. Some utility shop really help the tourists.
