The rating is fake. The service is even worst. We experienced lot of trouble and even they did not pay to bus operator so he did not drop us to the destination. Hotels are very bad and once u pay the amount they will not respond u. I have put a case against them in consumer court. Should have given minus rating if possible.

Worst experience ever.they say one thing nd do another thing.they write one thing in the itinerary nd give another thing.don't go with the package rates in the website.they charge 7-8 times more.and when u will b traveling, they will charge more.there is no proper coordination between the planners nd executors.if there would b minus rating, I would have given that.
Such a worst experience in uttarakhand.no proper planning, no help, never thought a journey so bad.worst site ever.
