Had an amazing experience with you guys. Loved the views from the property. Special thanks to amit bhai. Would love to visit you guys again.

We had visited this Mud House Cottage last week. It is the great experience. Its location is perfect. Very delightful Café/ Dining Room. Hassles free peaceful life, overall amazing. It is not a five Star Resorts; it is something different like old village Rooms. Trainee Vaishnavi & Aditya, Chef Sanjai Bhayya are Hospitable, responsive Staff. Owners are very nice. Food quality is very good and Hygienic. Room Tariff and cost of food are reasonable.

This is best place yet quite pocket friendly. I stayed there for a night with my friends.
We booked a complete package including stay, 2 meals, paragliding and a small trek to the water falls. We had a great stay.

The host Amit is great. He helped us getting comfortable and jel with other inmates.

Avinash is always available to help you with your itinerary, what to see, where to go for good food etc. Thanks to him I was able to see the best sunset of my life.

Rahul took us to this water fall trek and helped us in everyway possible.

The food served here is just so awesome. Tilakraj made the best homemade food and we literally needed that daal chawal.

The place is incomplete without simba and hunter and so does my review. They made our stay more memorable.

I would surely want to visit again.

Will definitely call it as a "home in the Mountain️". This place and the food convinced us to extend our stay, and all we did was relax and admire the beautiful views. Out from the city noise, with soothing waterfall sound, sky full of paragliders? And a great sunset. THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN BIR. Mr. AMIT? Definitely you're getting a well deserved +5 rating.

We stayed there just for one night and the overall experience was not so cool. Food is not tasty at all and you're not gonna get any packaged food there like cold drink, cookies etc.the place is fine but it is like 30 meter trek to reach there and that trek is there waste water open gutter too so be very careful if you reach at night like us.

Bro, this place was like I never expected it to be so peaceful and so sorted it have camps which are well mainted and the cafe is the chill place and Yashu and RAhul were quite a good host. Should stay here in bir.

Extremely good hospitality. Nice Ambiance. Great food if you are a low key and hate burgers and stuffs. Tents are good enough, warm beds and blankets.

Overall a Decent Experience.

Only few things they need to work on:
- Maintenance of place
- Attitude of people working there. They don't know how to speak with Guests.
- They don't allow music after 10
- Even when it's a camp site, you feel like living in a hotel as there are a lot of restrictions.

Amazing experience living here. Outside from the city, a nomadic and earthly feeling with the essence of technology. You seriously get 20 Mbps speed. Amit, Abbu are great people. Trust me they are brothers. And then Hunter and Simba my all time favourite. Lastly, very reasonable!

The place is great for staycation ; also if you want cheap thrills. Great place to spend your time in Bir Almost everything including the market, paragliding site, bangoru waterfall is at a feasible distance. The only thing i didnt like here was food! If Food is a secondary option and you're a travel buff; go ahead!

Sat beside the river, the Monkey Mud Campsite. As much the sound of the river and cicadas will drive you to be a fanatic of nature, the hosts and hospitality of monkey mud will make you fall in love with each and everyone. It’s a place if you want to be alone and even if you want to meet wonderful people from around the globe. Love monkey mud. Coming for the second for undefined time. ️

Mesmerizing *campsite* away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded hill stations.
Humble staff, nice food, clean washrooms.
And don't miss the campfire, great place to greet and meet fellow travellers.

We went in August 2021 an off season. The place has been wonderfully crafted and attention has been given to detail. The food and people were lovely. We got to network with like minded people. The beds and blankets were cosy and we enjoyed thoroughly.

A fantastic experience. I can't actually put it in words. But still I will try to write a few of the many amazing experiences.
An amazing view both during day and night. The cafe is located at a unique location surrounded by natural beauty. It's a perfect mixture of calm and soothing nature along with one of the best hospitality. The cafe has maintained a very high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Its a must go for all sorts of trips. Be it adventurous where you are venturing alone, be it with your better half where you want to spend lone time in nature or be it a family outing where the kids get a experience of nature in a carefree environment.
Lastly I would like to compliment the staff and host for making it so memorable for me and better half. Will visit again soon!

You go to places and find people who will give you awesome service and stay.but the add on here is the friendliness and the safety the host and staff provides.you can visit this place anytime in the year and you will know its worth it.best time is to visit during paragliding and rainy seasons

If you are looking for a place you can call your home in the mountains, Monkey Mud is the place to go to. The ambience that gives you an unrestricted view of the star studded sky and snow clad daulhadar ranges, is only the additional perk to the unmatched level of hospitality, friendliness, delicious food, amazing host and staff and so many beautiful people you meet sitting in the cozy mud house cafe at monkey mud. Just being there is blissful, never wanted to leave this place. Always coming back to monkey mud.

Awesome place, excellent vibes, and very nice people.
Add a new word to your Oxford or even Webster once you jel up with the people here i.e. "Sujanian": - they are an Alumni of a boarding school and they make you wonder and awestruck with their school days stories and the brotherhood they display while the host you.
I just have one thing to say, Add It To Your Bucket List.

This is one place which will always have a special place in my heart and I will keep coming back to it. Right in the mountains, greenery around, worn out prayer flags hung at the entrance, so peaceful you can hear the stream flowing down the road. ️

Monkey Mud Camps - Cozy camps equipped with lights and great view. The bonfire every night was a great way to start camp nights. We also got to eat local Himachali food in the Monkey Mud Cafe.

Amit is a great host, very down to earth and will take care of everything you might need.
We went to a waterfall trek and it was absolute bliss.
The ambience, the vibes and hospitality is truly unmatched.

Amit and his team did a great job at making us feel comfortable and it really felt like home to me.

I extended my trip from 3 to 6 days, only because I didn't feel like leaving this soon. And it was all so worth it.

Stayed for 2 days n 1 night but i guarantee u all will love the place since the camping area was cozy n beautiful but also has a full night camp party vibes with an excellent host which will turn u as a monkey features which was great. The staff were all great, warm n funny, food was great n its a perfect place for the travellers n for those who love camping as there is a paragliding side nearby too. Looking forward to come again.
