Very hospitable hosts. The view from the rooms are unrealisticly beautiful. Well maintained property.
You won't regret staying here!

This is the worst place ever to stay. They are nothing but thieves. 3rd grade service but they take money as if they are 5 stars.
They don’t even have basic things in rooms. I have been travelling all around the world, this is the worst place to choose. Save yourself from these people.
I am surely going to take legal action soon. This is heights of harassment & deficiency in services.

Overall the experience in this property was good however the resources were not available at all to arrange for the meals and to help us carrying the luggage.the location is also not very accessible but the interior and the decor of the property was quite good.full points for the cleanliness but unfortunately due to the lack of resources we were little disappointed.
So do confirm before you book this property!

This Homestay was the best decision we made for our Honeymoon trip. The staff was always there for anything we needed. The hospitality was upto the mark and the care they took was beyond comparison. I'd genuinely suggest everyone to have an experience staying here.

The location might be a little far at distance from the main market but the silence and privacy compensates for it.

One good point worth mentioning is they provide RO drinking water so doing their bit to reduce the plastic pollution.

Excellent place to stay. It feels like home away from home. The food options are limited but, taste is lovely and cooked in a neat & clean place.
The manager & the staff is courteous & facilitative.

Overall excellent experience and will definitely recommend to others as well.

It's been a relaxing time and wonderful stay at Monkwood House Manali.
The Host Rohan has been really wonderful host.
Rooms were exceptionally clean an well maintained.
The best part were the balcony from where you can enjoy the beautiful view and relax yourself with calmness and peace

No parking, but the host was nice enough to cancel the booking when called out the concern.

It was a great stay. Rohan is an awesome host and hotelier. Room had a beautiful view.
We would highly recommend this property.

Very nice experience, I stayed there for a month. The owner of the House is very nice & friendly person. I would and have recommended monkwood to many of my friends.

Monkwood house, Manali is an absolutely wonderful stay. The entrance made of stone is very visually appealing. We were warmly welcomed by our host, Rohan Samuel who was very kind to us throughout. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a good ambiance and had a spectacular view. Our host gave us great company during our stay and even recommended some great places to visit. We have carried some beautiful memories back home all credits to Rohan. He also offered some delectable home cooked meals and this was perfect for us since we prefer to try the local cuisine during vacations. Overall, I would definitely call this stay affordable luxury in every sense.

Extremely gracious host with a eloquently done property in the middle of Apple orchards.

The best thing about this place is that it is away from the hustle bustle of Manali and is so great if you love “me time”.

Great property to work from too. Internet connectivity is great here with power backup!

Was here last week for 4 days with my wife and 3 years old daughter. It is a perfect place to live in Manali but far from the crowd. Apple farms all around, clean air and beautiful view of mountains from all the rooms. Host Mr. Rohan is very humble and friendly. Enjoyed our stay and felt like we are at our Home only. "Perfect Upscaled Home Stay". I will definitely recommend this place to people who like to be in nature and still need luxuries.
