We found hotel utopia in manali service is improper.
We feel after booking they are not cordial and feel no helping.acknowledge us his rules which is unknown by customer.

But service and behavior of driver kaku found awesome.thanks

It Sucks. Staff is unprofessional and even talks in unprofessional manner. I will not name her but I canceled my trip with them only because of her and organized myself and made it memorable. If Mountain Mysterious contacts I m ready to help them with this unprofessional staff and when I asked her, her reply was this is my normal tone, you don't know how we work here.

All stars for the Company, specially for Mr. Paramjeet. He is a nice person with good heart and caring nature. Guided us very well.

Hotel Rohtang height had the best view, a memorable one. But the food service was too poor. The staffs were not filling empty dishes and we had to continuously ask them for their service. Rooms were good.
Shagun Hotel outlook and common areas were very good, neat and good ambience. Food service were also very good, especially from the trainee staffs. But rooms, toilets, kettles etc needs lots of improvements. Rooms had cigarette smells also.
Some suggestions are; the driver cum guide could have spoken in English and could have guided us well better as we had senior members in team.
Long drives could have been relaxing if stop points were given to take photographs at Kullu valley, Pandoh dam, good view points etc.
Since return flight was at noon, sight seeing at Chandigarh was nearly nil.could have planned 'Chandigarh' well.
