Mr. Momos Shimla

This place is located near isbt the way they cook momos is very disgusting! They too charge excessively.more than mall road.

Loved the taste.momos were good.and so was the service. There are other food items available on rheir menu. We went to the one right opposite ISBT, Shimla. Must give it a try since they offer 350 varieties in momos itself!

The most tasteless momos I'd eaten. We ordered afghani momos and it tasted as if saus was prepared in limka. It was so tasteless that we weren't even able to eat one whole momo. Worst experience ever

I wanted to rate it a minus. I know most of the people don't believe my review but i suggest people first to go there and you will see a most unhygienic place, cockroaches are everywhere. The hands of the people who is serving you and the people who are preparing momos is full of black unhygienic dirt. Yuk so disgusting
I used to eat momos from Mr. Momos when it was started. The starting year was good the taste was good, they used to treat customers well but now they have no sence how to talk to customers. I visited this place about a month ago and i noticed that the place is gone from good to worse. Price is high for all kinf of momos, like for me price is not a issue is they can provide a good food with hygiene. I think owners don't know what the hygiene is.
Things i don't like is Mr. Momos:
1. They serve uncooked food
2. Most UNHYGIENIC place.
3. Quality and Quantity is worse
4. Behaviour with the customer
5. The people who are preparing momos are unhygienic.

If a persn wants to get ill you can eat in mr.momos.

Food and atmosphere loved more by cockroaches than humans.cockroaches everywhere.on table, floor, walls.clearly reflects how much hygiene is taken into consideration while preparing food also. Place would be great if some investment on cockroach control could also be done.

Veg thupka has more color and less taste. Tandoori chaap mst thii And secondly they give bottled water to drink, not normal water. Steam momos were also almost useless.

Come here if you want to taste the worst and most expensive momos in Shimla. Literally you spend on an average 150₹ for 6 pieces of momos, that is 25₹ per piece. Afghani, Butter Masala momos might taste good but that's all because of the sauces they're throwed in. If you eat a normal momo here, it's the worst. Undercooked filling, momos not cooked properly is a common thing now. Owner's behaviour is not you'll expect. Rather than treating customers well, they just think so high of themselves. 10₹ extra for each packaging, come on you already charge 25₹ per momo piece, have some shame. Their taste might be good, but the food quality is the worst.better go to lower bazaar and get momos there and helping small business owners than eating expensive tasteless momos here and filling pockets of guys who won't even treat you well.
The lady sitting on reception taking orders won't keep shouting at her workers, also, she's rude, won't talk nicely to you. Just because you're the owner of the place, doesn't mean you disrespect every single person who helps you make money by working day and night, they'll never respect customers who keep their business running.

This place has the worst service i have ever experienced. They don't treat their customers with even a bit of respect. Even the waiters have a delusion of grandeur to them, the taste is mediocre, won't talk about the rates being really overpriced but this is the only place in the area which charges 10rs for a 2 rupee packaging. Overall really bad, won't suggest.

Momos are not fresh. Very disappointing service. Now we have to pay Rs 10 extra if we want to takeaway any order which is a very cheap thing. And the lady at the reception is very rude dont visit this place it is overhyped and overpriced.

Very dirty place when it was opened the owners used to maintain it very nicely but now this restaurant has become very bad poor service Aunty ji on yhe counter is very rude and arrogant momos were also uncooked and overpriced.

Very very very bad food quality.soya cheap is not properly cooked.staff behavior is not good.not cleaned as well.

Earlier they use to take care of the customer services on a serious note, now they don't care much. I was served cold momos here, and when i asked them to reheat them, they told us that this is winter season, it gets cold these days, and the lady that sits there also replies in a very rude way, as if we are eating here for free. Will not visit again due to poor services, taste is still okay but their behaviour is awfully harsh.

No one to take order, have to wait so long and then result was that have to leave the restaurant empty stomach. Don't visit ever.

Review on veg momos (steamed) :
1. Maida was smelly and sour, but looked stale.
2. Filling was good but saltless.
3. The sauce didn't have enough spice.
4. I warn you go on your own risk.

Please serve fresh momos. Momos vegetable smell was not good, I think 2-3 days before u cut and used vegetables.taste like yuuuk

Too much oil and the best is their chocolate momos. 3 stars is because the service is not fast, too much oil and the filling in kurkure momos is very less

Good place to go if you are a momos lover. They have so called more than 200 varieties of momos. Located inside The ISBT shimla. They should Add zome colddrink options and other options too.

Punjabis/North Indian are ruining Momo. The basic steamed momo were pathetic, forget the other 250+ varieties. Undercooked, the layer of the flour was too thick, the filling was average and who puts sweet corn in momo fillings. Truly disappointed. Sorry for being too harsh but Mr. Momo, Won't return and won't recommend.
Also, please don't sprinkle chilly flakes ever on Momo.

Heaven for momo lovers. I bet no one has this much variety of momos in shimla.a must place to visit and enjoy momos.

One of the best place for momos lovers. I eat here Tandoori Cocktail Special Momos. Very very tasty and spicy. I loved it. I will take to my friends here for momo party. And will try another variety of momos. Here you can eat more then 200 types of momos. Thanks

Worst place to have food in Shimla. Pathetic food with pathetic owners. They ask you for money while you are eating food. And the service is so slow that you ll end up drinking water only. Apart from this they shout and argue with you.

This is one of the best momos shop I ever been in my life. And if you are a spicy food lover. You must visit this shop! They have the momos you could ever have!

Horrible place! I bought two plates of veg momos and it seems as if they didn't have enough time to even cook the momos properly! No flavour, no SLAT, This is the worst! I paid 350rs for a couple of white flour tasteless dumps. Im so dissapointed! Horrible place.

Extremely poor and slow service. Confused staff and no coordination between the reception and the kitchen. The owners were shouting on each other. Plus the place was TOTALLY unhygienic. Had the worst experience here. Had to wait 40 to 45 mins for two plates of momos.
The taste of momos however was good that's why I've given it two stars otherwise it doesn't even deserves one.

Now i have tried almost every variety of momos here, i can write this review.

1. Every variety of Momos is good but Kurkure Momos (with hard drinks), Tandoori Afghan Veg and Paneer Momos are the one's which can be eaten again and again.

2. Kurkure Burger is very oily so one must be cautious eating this.

3. The place is also very approachable, no worries of parking your vehicle as ample of parking is available on road side and in paid parking just beside the ISBT TUTIKANDI.

On the whole a must visit place for Momos lover.

Nice place where you get to eat variety of momos i loved afghani momos, butter masala momo and their chocolate momo are the best must try

They should change the menu into something more accurate with so many options all they do is mix everything and almost everything tastes same so to avoid this they pour the gravey over it.
Also I packed momos but they scammed me of one pack of Mayo chutni although it didn't bother me but still if I am paying money I need the service.
Lastly it is better to eat it when they serve it if you take it home the taste changes.

Pathetic Momos, unhygienic, ordered Paneer fried Afgani Momos and Veg Fried Momos. Afgani Momos rather being coated with cream and spices are coated with Mayonnaise and Oregano which is Sour in taste Super turn off, and Veg Momos are even more pathetic have never tasted such bad Momos. Came here for the first time after recommendations from a youtuber DragtaJi. Please no need to visit this place nothing special about them Just an overhype. Any road side momos vendors serve better momos than them.

The place has good variations.
Service people know how to upsell.
The chef has taste in his variations.
However the place is shaddy and expensive.

Poor customer service. Unavailability of the variety in the menu.
Disappointed with this food joint. There are better places to have momos than this.
