We visited Shimla and Manali recently. Mr Rubal and Mysterious Himachal arranged all well for us. Good Hotel/Accommodation and food, The Cab driver Mr. Hitender (Happy) was very friendly and patient. We didn't face any issues from the beginning till the end of the tour. We want to express our deepest gratitude to Mysterious Himachal and Rubal.

One day I got some difference with driver she immediately arranged a alternative cab for sightseeing on particular day. Her response was very adequate and impressive. My Trip to Manali was handled greatly by the tour team and guide/driver.
Sakshi was my contact from mysterious himachal and she got me a better deal for the trip. She was reachable, whenever I have a doubt regarding travel places and pre-requisites for the travel.
Hotel stay was awesome at Hadimba retreat's Sunshine hotel.

Overall, I'm very much satisfied with the trip.

It was an amazing trip provided by Mysterious Himachal. The rooms and buses provided are very neat and comfortable. Miss Sakshi was always in touch with me via WhatsApp throughout the journey. She provided Bus tickets for the journey well in advance and further booked the hotel for us. The food provided in the hotel was also very palatable. I went to Kulu-Manali- kasol with my friends, it was truly an amazing experience, the drivers Mr Sanju Baba and Mr Anil Rana, they both were very happening and made us visited every place according to our plan.
They were always on time and they even maintained their car. The cars which they had provided was also latest ie Innova crysta.
It was a merorible trip for all of us.
I highly recommend to book your vacation through mysterious Himachal tour.

I have chosen this Agency for my Honeymoon "Hassell Free" Tour- Kullu Manali. It is not at all Up to the mark also. Drivers are not ready to work like they are welcoming us for this tour. Ask for money all the time.
If you contact Agent regarding the same then they will blame each other but solution is not provided.

They have increased my package by some amount but dates and ne package is still not updated on portal.

Overall rough behavior and not recommended.

While travelling one thought always comes in my mind and that is.
"When is will go home and live Hassell free (In my home)

I travelled with my family to Manali for a 4 night 5 days trip. My booking was done by Aanchal. Aanchal was very friendly and accommodating. Even when I kept changing my plans, she understood our needs and gave various hotel options as per our requirements. The hotel we chose had a beautiful river view. Even during our trip Aanchal made it a point to check with us on a daily basis on how the trip was going and if we needed any help. Our Driver/ Tour guide Ashwani was very informative and knew the routes to Manali very well, he also knew an alternate route which was a much easier drive. He was very punctual and planned our sightseeing in a way that we never got any crowd where we went. He even recommended the best place for rafting and where to shop from for dryfruits and handicrafts. The day we went to Solang Valley, he even recommended us taking a guide so that we could get to experience fresh snow and that was a great decision.

The whole trip was well planned and everything went smoothly from start to end. Aanchal and Ashwani receive High Praise for the way they planned and executed the trip. Our Experience with Mysterious Himachal in Manali was Phenomenal because of them
