Nag's Homestay

Stayed here in June 2023 during a trip to Naggar. Ashish and Ruchi are wonderful hosts. They have built a lovely place with intricate interior work. The homemade food is delicious. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

I think the goodness of the hosts is reflected upon the goodness of this homestay. Had a great stay, Ashish and Ma'am are great hosts, family like. Very good food. Do remember to ask Ma'am for her green apple chutney:). Will recommend 10/10 times!

Ashish is very helpful and friendly in every aspect. Ruchi's cooking was awesome. The food was finger licking good. Ashish guided us in every matter to explore the places according to our expense and timings. Talking about the homestay, it's a very peaceful and heavenly one can ever want.

I hosted my parents and uncles and aunts with Ashish Bhaiji and Ruchi didi this time around and they exceeded all expectations. They treated mom and dad with so much love, care and attention that it felt like I was hosting them with my bestfriends. I felt so blessed to have found such a beautiful homestay and family tucked away in the mountains who I can call friends for life. Thank you so much Ruchi didi and Ashish Bhaiji for such hospitality. Nag's Homestay is a great place to stay. The location was a short walk away from the market and the views from my room were beautiful (barring a minor construction happening across the road). Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner; both he and his wife were attentive to any needs we had. Special mention to the amazing home-cooked food. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and overall the place is very well maintained. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back. Thank you once again.

One of the most beautiful homestays at Naggar. Ashish and Ruchi are this lovely couple who takes care of you for all the little requests that you have. The food is amazing and the rooms have a beautiful view to the snowclad mountains. I am looking forward to stay with them whenever I visit Naggar.

We stayed for a month and it was a wonderful. A beautiful place with awesome view, Ashish Bhaiya and Ruchi Didi (Owners) are very helpful, and their son Bhavik is very cute, we loved talking to him. They suggested us best places to visit, served tasty local traditional food during the stay.

Best place if you are looking to WFM, this place has high speed internet connection. There are many places to visit nearby. Ashish bhaiyya and his wife are awesome humans and best host, they make you feel like home. They also serve yummy home cooked food.

Nice view, helpful owners, safe place, friendly environment and awesome food. They also arranged rental bikes for us and suggested places to visit. Perfect place specially if you are with your family.

Before planning this trip, I was quite sceptical about network issues, power cuts etc and wasn't very sure if long stay gonna work especially when you are completely dependent on the wifi.luckily I found this place (ofcourse review did help a lot) and I can say that this was the best decision I made (home away from home). Ashish and Ruchi, both are not only amazing host but very responsive and caring. The location of the house is so apt, centrally located and away from the hustle bustle of Manali crowd. The house is beautiful with perfect picturesque. Every morning you get up with a view watching mountains and some clad with snow. Room is well ventilated, clean washroom, well equipped kitchen with perfect balcony. Initially thought, will be cooking basic meals to survive however it was not required as Ruchi is such an amazing cook. I could relish local food and delicacies cooked by Ruchi plus always had a chance to talk to her to know more about local culture, people and Life style. Aside, Ashish has a good taste and not only suggested good offbeat places but cafes, you can blindly trust his recommendation while exploring himachal. Once you land here, you do not need to worry for anything. For solo travellers especially girls, it's completely safe place to stay. Though I didn't feel like leaving this place but every journey has its end. My good bye words to our lovely host that I have found a house in himachal and definitely I would love to come back and stay with them. I highly recommend this place.

Ashish and Ruchi are the perfect hosts. They made our stay super comfortable and made us feel like we are at home. The property is beautiful and the views from it are serene. Ruchi cooks amazing meals (must try- siddu) and Ashish gives the best suggestions on places to visit in and around Naggar. Would definitely recommend you to stay at Nag's lodge.

Ashish & Ruchika make sure that they help you out with everything during your stay. Also, what makes it even better is Ruchika's food which we did relish everyday during our stay.

I was coming from Mumbai with a friend to work from manali.we had some set criteria’s for our stay as we were not on leave and had to work.we absolutely enjoyed our stay in terms of the location of the house, the facilities and the super yum home cooked food. Ashish and Ruchi (I.e. Our host) were such wonderful hosts…they provided us with the all information needed to spend our weekend.they were very respectful of our privacy and were very helpful …if you are planning trip to Manali or Kullu you should def stay at this beautiful house and meet these wonderful people

The best thing about the place is the hospitality, the hosts (Ashish and Ruchi) are so helpful and approachable. Also the finger licking tasty food and the morning view is really unfathomable.

Had a wonderful stay! Host is very friendly and helpful. View from the room is really a visual treat. A place to relax, enjoy the view, have homemade delicious food and explore the mountains.

Excellent place with a view to die for. Hosts (Ashish and Ruchi) are very helpful and friendly made our stay even more comfortable. Special mention of the delicious homely food they provide. We were treated with local dish Himachali Dham during our stay. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a homely experience with a great view.

An absolute gem of a place hosted by an absolute gem of a family. We were welcomed and treated so lovingly by both Ashish and Ruchi. Ruchi's food was so delicious and she indulged our request for Himachali food, and she has kept the place impeccably clean that we cant see the glass on the windows at all! Ashish was a life saver with lots of local lore and suggestions which made the stay all the more interesting. It was just the break we needed away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

Excellent home stay. One of the best places I have stayed in. Extremely clean. The electrical and water fixtures are of very good quality. The room in general was great. Bathroom is even better than a very plush hotel. Absolutely spotless. Constant supply of water and electricity. Extremely well maintained. WiFi is good enough to work from home. So no problems there. Food is excellent. Very tasty home cooked himachali food. You must try out Siddu, Lingri and Mutton Curry. Absolutely delicious. The rooms are very nice and beautiful. Plenty of windows which brings in a lot of light. Very cheerful. Ashish Ji and Family were very hospitable. Didn't make us miss anything. Covid situation as of now is great. Very few cases even during the second wave. Ashish Ji and Family are all vaccinated and very responsible. So no worries here. Good number of plug points to connect all your devices. Don't worry about parking if you are coming with a car. Ashish Ji will help you with the parking. Had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. 11/10 would definitely come back
