It is beautiful resort right in the lap of nature. Rooms are spacious and modern. Food served is delicious. Resort has improved a lot under new management. New cottages have been made and also one can see many positive changes in old rooms and resort common area. Resort was fully booked and people from all walks of life were visiting. Evening karoke and bonfire night was arranged which was very enjoyable. The weather was very pleasant in the resort. The staff is very polite, hardworking and responsive. New owner Mr. Shiv takes personal care of each guest and is great host. We wish all the best and hope to visit soon.

Though rooms are average. Location, service, and staff behavior are so good.
It's a very quiet place and one can enjoy the view.
Food is also very good.

Its a very good place to stay and Enjoy, The highlight is FOOD, they serve you a good quality of food and as per your choice.
You must visit and stay here rather than staying in Shimla main market.
Good Isolated place, they arrange activities as well as per your request.

It is the worst resort iv ever been.
1st - even though they had availability of rooms with a good view, they gave purposely gave us back side room with a messy tent which were ugly.
2nd - Rooms were so amazing. That they would even cared to cleaned. Hell Stinky, with bugs and spiders. We literly have to request them to clean.
3rd - these tent rooms were so private and sound proof, that even if you fart, surrounding all the neighbours will hear the sound.
4th - Rooms are not at all worth 3000. I wouldn't even pay 500 for these rooms.
5th - they have provided the facility like water heater, but conditions applied! Thaadaaa it won't work.
6th - best thing is service. If you'll order something. Hot water/tea/coffee, they would rather ignore or they will take ages to serve you.

Only good thing was was only Mr jeetu Verma from restaurant. Who helped us in preparing our child's food. He was only responsible enough to serve our needs.

Nice location, clean, clear and near to nature.
One can live in peace at the venue clouds, mountains and greenery around. The food they offer is really delicious. The whole staff is very cooperative.

Scam.booked through agoda.and went with family and kids, before reached i called them and they inform your booking canceled.they ruined all trip.and they selling rooms to locals at high rate.very bad for buiness ethics.

Worst location, management behaviour is worst. Not good to stay more than one day. Not a better place to enjoy very remote place, food prices are very high as per quality. Worst cancellation policy. Never book it. If you wish to book than book only for one day. I will never recommend to stay here rather there are far better resorts near kufri. Road from Shimla takes around 1: 30 hrs to reach this resort by car that also roads r narrow & very curving not suitable for aged people's & childrens

We visited here before 15 days, staffs were very friendly and cooperative.
We enjoyed their food which was too good.

I stayed there in July over a weekend and it was an amazing experience. The property consists of luxurious cottages and swiss tents. It is situated next to a valley which is filled with clouds. They have a sit out area as well as an outdoor activity area with rope nets as well as a burma bridge. The staff were polite and courteous with an extra focus on customer service. It's managed by a traveller turned hotel entrepreneur so service is top notch. Restaurant is well stocked and offers many options. The cook is able to rustle up amazing items at a short notice. They haVe a decent sized parking too.

Camping here in the tents was a good idea. The food and hospitality were wonderful. However, the problem of hot warm exists. It was a fun filled stay for us.

Location is amazing. My dad loved nearby forest trails. Tent was cosy and the washroom was clean. The only problem is food. The food is of good quality no doubt but eating same paneer day and night is not a good experience. They must introduce variations in buffet. Include one local dish so that people get a taste of Himachal food too. Rest, staff were trained with good hospitality manners.

The resort can introduce BBQ nights, short hiking expeditions, river side experience.

Just visited last week. Must say a very peaceful, full of nature, well maintained rooms, awesome food, staff is excellent nd always there to help. Highly recommended to all for peaceful nd happy vacation

Pathetic experience. I went there with my rider friends for a 2 days trip. We were 20 people. Items were missing at the time of dinner in the menu as the property incharge Mr. Swamy denied from his verbal commitment and was only focusing on the details he shared prior to it. In the breakfast which was considered to be buffet had only Parantha and Curd. When we asked for butter his staff said it’s not included in the package. Here also he denied his verbal commitment of giving us extra items in breakfast. After all this we asked him that we’re leaving the property and won’t stay for the 2nd day and the reviews will be harsh for such poor and pathetic services. He then came proposing to have free Lunch or evening snacks so that the reputation of them can be saved. But the answer was an obvious denial. So we moved out.
Few more things are there: -
1. The rooms are so small that if you’re going with your family then you hardly find any place to keep your luggage.
2. Windows of the room are not properly operational, so be welcoming the bugs and insects to stay with you.
3. The washrooms are clumsy.
4. They’ve overpriced menu that is not even there in the rooms. 2 Boiled eggs is for Rs. 175. Rs. 30 cold drink for Rs. 90 (300% profit) which is actually against the law. They can’t sell Water Bottle and Soft Drink above MRP.

5. MOST IMPORTANT POINT- There is no network in the property. Everytime you have to come out your room to access the network even to talk. Nothing like Wi-Fi is there in the property. After half an hour of discussion I was given a dongle which was running at 2G speed.

I loved staying at this resort since everyone was very nice and respectful of one another, plus the view from the resort is spectacular. I had a great time staying there.:) ?

Thé responses from owner are totally fake. Nothing bad was happened, 11.30pm he accepted his mistake and asked us to wait so he can cook chicken. We never argued with him. We booked the property for enjoyment and party not for his property neighbors. No one was staying in property except us…

He is saying that we served what was decided, which property mention that we will serve butter on paranthas? We will not take 3time mrp of a coke bottle?

He was literally crying asking us to extend our stay, offered free lunch, evening snacks.

And after seeing his responses we are filing a case against him on charging 90rs for 30rs mrp bottle. We have bills

Hi everyone. I stayed in the resort and the staff was very polite. Food was excellent. The resort has a big space for playing cricket. The view was excellent from the resort. Amazing cottages and swiss tents. Mr. Rajesh the co-owner was very polite and flexible. I would love to vist this place again

This place is excellent. Amazing staff. Lovely food.large play area. What a wonderful view. Superb hospitality especially Mr. Rajesh and his wife. (co-owners). It was a great experience with them. They provided us with each and every comfort and took care of each and every thing.

If you are planning to visit this place, cancel it right way. The worst hospitality I have ever seen in my life. Earlier it was the attitude problem, no commitments and now they are lying on replies.

"Butter is not in your package", is what we heard. What the hell are you talking dude! Next to worst!

Location of the resort is pretty goood! Had a very nice stay with them! Food taste was fabulous! Room was well organised, and hygiene was fully maintained by them. Yes do register for COVID e pass when visiting to HP.will recommend you all to stay at this property… with good location good food and hygienic stay….

Guests will respect the property policy if your staff will respect first. There are polite ways to state your policy.we asked if we can pay partial amount and there could have been a polite yes or no after stating your policy but if your staff will say pata ni aap kaise hotels mein rahe ho pehle then who would like to stay there. How do you know ki hum kaise resorts mein rahe hain pehle. I also know how industry runs. I have stayed in Radison blu Mauritius. I have stayed in sunway putra Malasyia. Had a great stay in Symphony palm beach Andaman and many more like these. At none of these we did full payment in advance. I had no issues of paying full amount in advance since ur policy can state that but No body can judge and say pata ni aap kaise hotels mein rahe ho pehle. Anyways it was good that your receptionist misbehaved and we had great time spent at Kufri Pacific Resort and for the information of their policy, guest can pay partial amount and at the time of checkout can pay the rest amount. We paid just 2000 at checkin and paid rest 12000 at checkout.

Serene and calm. Tasty food. Cosy and clean rooms. Staff is cordial and polite. View is amazing. Nothing not to love about the place.

The staff and the stay was amazing over there. I had gone their with my family and literally felt like I'm spending quality time with them away from all the chaos. Room was well decorated and maintained. Staff over there were really sweet, they made us feel like home. Best part was that snow was inside the resort everywhere and our main purpose was itself full filled inside the resort. It had enough space to do activities and feel the warmth of nature. I highly recommend it to people who wanna spend some quality time with family away from the city.

Excellent property in a great scenic location. Will definitely visit again in the future.

I booked a super deluxe room and the rooms are very good, equipped with a heater, electric jar and coffee. The bathroom was clean and hygienic. I could see the mountains clearly from my room. It is located in a remote area, if you want to feel free from the chaos of the city you are at right place, because there isn't almost anything around the hotel. Behavior of staff was supportive. Food was tasty but a bit expensive. There was no another restaurant nearby.

This place is 15 km from kufri. The view is serene. Try to avoid going there at night as the roads are pretty narrow.

Amazing place for having a chilled out experience with family and friends. The service is excellent and the food at the hotel restaurant was very delicious with a good variety to choose from. The place is quite reasonable, has been well maintained and was in the process of expansion too. The rooms are big, clean and provide an amazing sea view. The place has lots of amenities for activities like games room, gym etc too in case one wishes to unwind in the hotel itself. The staff is also very efficient and courteous. The owner was very helpful, suggestive and a good host.
The location is perfect for a calm and relaxed vacation. Overall a great experience and will strongly recommend.
