Nice place to go. Old look of the cafe looks good. Both open and covered sitting areas. Separate bar area too. Limited bar options.

Limited food options.

Food quality is somewhere in between okayish to good.

Open parking facility also available along side the road.

Great place for an outing with friends and family. Don't expect a too big of a menu here. Things are decent. The main attraction is the garden and outside view from this cafe. Beautifully placed.

A must visit place in the heart of Palampur.
The ambience, the vibes, food, everything is perfect.
A cool place to hangout with family fun activities for kids,
Staff is totally dedicated in services, management person guided us with local arra and suggested us too with good time idea's for our vacation.
I'll surely visit again.

Typical HPTDC cafe in the hills.yes, you will definitely get that vibe.best part is a small stream going through its garden area and they also have stay options as well. I love going there whenever I visit Palampur.

Hmm …. Last evening I had an evening at neugal cafe out with my friends on d occasion of my birthday…. Now Wat to say about neugal cafe and Itz staff … apart from the world class location d staff is so courteous and welcoming…whether you talk about chef bartender or the manager …it seems like the motto of Himachal tourism Atithi devo bhav is actually lived and practiced by the staff of neugal cafe …truely an mesmerising experience

A very nice ambience awaits the patrons while visiting the cafe, run by Himachal Tourism.
An open air garden with lush green grass, large umbrella topping each table and a nice swing.

It's a decent Himachal tourism cafe. Cutlets are quite filling. Food is good but the options are limited.

Everything was good, but it is a small place, yes there is a pool for boating for kids and two swings. The food was good.
But if one says he can spend 2 to 3 hours there this thing can disappoint. Overall the ambience is good and relaxing.
One can spend 1 to 2 hrs there if he / she do some fun with kids and take meal. Otherwise 1 hour is sufficient.

They will deceive you with good ambient
Trust me you will regret having anything food item here

Beautiful Cafe with breathtaking Dhauladhar in the background. The lawns are nicely maintained with provision for sitting and enjoying coffee & snacks while enjoying the scenic surroundings. One can also sit indoors in the cozy Resturant. A small stream of clear water adds to the ambiance of place which has some swings and slides for kids to enjoy. Staff is nice and courteous.
I have been a frequent visitor to this cafe for about a decade (1987-1996) when this place looked more magnificent and had more natural look as the water stream was not cemented and used to babble & ripple. Also there were no buildings around it this café. But this is one of the best place to visit and enjoy with family & friends as while reaching here one can see beautiful Tea gardens and also visit floriculture nursery maintained by IHBT, Palampur adjacent to it.

Awesome view. Pleasant atmosphere.polite staff. Good for kids.there is a lot of space for kids to enjoy. Food taste is also yummy. You can enjoy ur leisure time as well as u can go for a short meetings. The Manager mr.thakur is its self so much kind and helpful towards any query or if u need any solution. Over all great experience.must visit.

Deserves Zero star, a typical govt.mindset & work culture. Service is nearly Zero. The taste is below average. Only one star is because of its ambience.

It's only best for tea /coffee.

Great location, very good decor but not so gray food and limited menu. They don’t even have tandoor.

It is veru beautiful cafe no doubt. But nothing special or different from other cafes. I feel normal only. It is in palampur

Taste of Food is okay, service is a lill slow imho. Although, the Place is clean and hygienic

No natural view. It's not worthy to go only to eat food which is also very ordinary in taste
