New Rock Cottages

Washroom me Pani nhi tha subha ke time. Koi staff bhi response nhi kr raha tha. Toilet bhi bahar shochaly me krni pdi.

The owner of this hotel behaved very badly with us, water does not come in the morning, geyser does not work and room service was not done even once in 3 days Our trip to Manali was great except this Cottage Very bad experience of this Cottage. Rooms on Rock are very unsafe. Dont no how government approve these rooms. Tourism Department How approve these Hotels.food department not check the food quality. How they issued the food license.veg non veg frying in same fryer.uff its really bad experience.

Worst service by the manager of this hotel. I suggest never booking this hotel. The manager and staff is very rude and they are hungry for money and loot everyone

So we are coming back to Delhi and decided to have some food over here
We waited almost 30-35 minutes on our table just for food, Not only this the waiter who serve us is pathetic and the chef of this resort as well, food was unhigyne pathetic and tasteless
And we didn't got our food on time
Tasteless food Prices are bit higher than any other restaurants would like to give them 1stsr reading.

As a part of our manali trip. We stayed at this excellent hotel near Manali town and surrounded it with a beautiful atmosphere and service was awesome. Great work by the management And tried veg and non veg both are excellent in taste.

The owner of the cafe is highly disrespectful. The restaurant is fine only from outside. The staff is pathetic, the waiter does not know how to take order and the cook doesnt know how to cook. If you are looking for a restaurant within hotel, this is highly unrecommended. The owner will not take a feedback but will definity try to prove that you are a liar. Guests are treated lowly as the owner does not take any responsibility of the issues faced by the customers.

Bunch of goons run the restaurant. Horrible taste. You order 'X' they serve 'Y'

Worst cottages ever. The carpet was stinky and the rooms shown in the images are absolutely different. Very bad service. Food quality also not good. Had gone with my entire troop for camping, but the staff behaved very badly and also no facilities available.

Very very bad service and manager was rude. They can't provide even basic facilities like drinking water and hot water for bathing.and manager response and behaviour was like. He doesn't care about anything.worst experience ever.

Bad Hospitality.duplex r very unsafe to stay. Bad food.location is good but stay on rocks cottages is not safe. Hot water is not available in rooms. Stairs gallery is unsafe tiles are cracked.

Not at all satisfied with the camps! The beds were wet and very cold! Food was really good! Water were very cold and we were unable to stay!
