Planned & built by Shimla Development Authority (SDA) facilitates residents to conduct private (wedding etc) & public (vaccination etc) events at a reasonable fee. Road side parking at owner's risk. It also houses Ayurveda & Allopathy dispensary, post office & few shops

This place has a park, it is located in my neighborhood and I visit daily.
