Totally unsatisfied with surya NG automobile pvt ltd Hamirpur i know out of 100 5 1 star reviews is not countable for NG automobile because team is not properly followup the system as well with coustomers after 1 month my RC or no.plates not applied by showroom all payments and activities done we give all documents 3 4 times but people again ask for the documents and reply over the all is our system is system we run with system rudely behaviour with me
Now i think my decision is wrong to buy car from NG automobile also feel sorry with your all staff
Totally unsatisfied Tata vehicle is good but some dealerships not work properly or timely very very big issues with after sale services
A deeply unsatisfactory experience my family and I recently had at one of your dealerships, Surya N. G. Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Hamirpur.
On the 19th of October 2023, my father visited the aforementioned dealership to take delivery of “TATA PUNCH” a car that he had booked on the 8th of October. Regrettably, the car was presented in a highly unsatisfactory condition, with an exterior covered in dust. Taking it lightly we proceeded with the documentation process and completed all necessary formalities, including payment.
Upon entering the vehicle, I observed that some plastic parts were improperly fitted. I promptly brought this to the attention of the manager, Mr. Anurag Dogra. To our dismay, Mr. Dogra dismissed our concerns, suggesting that such issues were commonplace and proceeded to affix the plastic parts with adhesive. We found this response highly unsatisfactory and attempted to engage Mr. Dogra in a discussion. Unfortunately, he displayed a lack of willingness to listen and seemed eager to hasten our departure from the showroom. The speedometer was already showing 11 kilometers.
Subsequently, at the petrol pump, we encountered further issues. The fuel tank cap proved impossible to open, despite our attempts and those of the attendants. They advised us to return to the showroom for assistance, unwilling to take any risk with a brand new vehicle. Upon returning to the showroom and apprising them of the situation, Mr. Dogra exhibited a disrespectful demeanor. He summoned a technician who, after struggling, resorted to using a screwdriver to force open the cap. Regrettably, this process resulted in a scratch to the body paint near the cap area, which I have documented on video.
Very bad experience. I heard about bad service of tata but here at this showroom they do FRAUD too. There is dent in Nexon bonnet and we went there to change the part under insurance. They charged 25000 from insurance company (1500 fees from us) and after a week asked us they had replaced that part but in actual it was not replaced, guess what they lied. They not only break our trust but also million of their customers. I would never recommend this showroom for new car.
Additionally they used the car for 2 to 3 km for self and AC setting was also changed to lowest with full fan speed (low petrol). I am not sure how much they have looted from their customers.
Guys do not believe specially AJAY (billing person). They can even take your car original parts if you do not pay attention while servicing your car here. Be attentive and responsible customer. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM AT ALL.
Very bad experiences in Tata agency in bhira filed staff is very bad services No any knowledge about own profession.he tell us services charged to be taken every part of vechile.but when I did quried with the manager he told us staff are wrong and we taken serviced charged only one timed.
So we are giving 0 rating owner plz look at this matter Is your agency if reviews would wrong for all timed so how can it survived in future.customer makes not in Happy with your.
Overall good experience.some how I want to share this thing. I know it’s very small thing but TATA is big company. We bought a TATA Nexon XMS+ variant car couple of months ago there is no file cabinet.these are small small of things but it’s matter customer satisfaction.

Got there for service.service is done average but cleaning and washing done worst they don't have proper clothes to dry the car.the use old pillow covers and all to dry it worst experience.

Receptionists in front office found very cooperative and helpful. Sales team less bother and kept it's customers waiting. Excellent show room with good display of cars.
Not that good service point. I have doubts on their free services dont knw they do or not, be careful inside the agency, too crowdy place and dont take care of vehicle properly, scratced my new car tooo during 2nd free service

I have buy a tata taigo 2020 car. In july 2020. NG AUTOMOBILES PVT LTDdealership hamirpur. After a fews days they can told, sory sir apko hamne galat car de di hai. Apke vali car hamre pass hai. OR JO APPKE PASS HAI VO KISI OR KE HAI. AND AFTER 17 DAYS THEY CAN CHANGE THE CAR. THIS IS THE DEALING OF NG ATOMOBILES HAMIRPUR. Don't trust NG AUTOMOBILES, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. AND after two month, my car color is going to be change. Ese halat hai inki.so bad experience.with tata motors
