Very pathetic bus service.it stops everywhere for picking passengers.it doesn't turn on AC in AC bus.driver drives rashly. Bus was unhygienic and not maintained. Even though every window and doors were closed, it was suffocating because of dust and smoke coming from outside.
Not recommended if you want to reach your destination safely. Booked bus from Delhi to Palampur. It broke down at 1.15 am near a Dhaba, the driver and conductor were apparently drunk they took around 3 hours to start the bus. They didn't try for making alternate arrangement. Second time bus broke at 7 am, passengers pushed the bus to start. Third time when the bus broke the conductor said it can't go any further. They said they are making alternate arrangement. But even after waiting 2 hours no alternate came. Most suspicious part was driver, conductor, customer care all were saying different turnaround time between 30 mins to 2 hours. Eventually we took govt bus. Pathetic service
I don't want to give even a single star to this pathetic northern travels its the most worst bus service provider for few money they picked people from route which delay the arrival PERSONALLY DON'T CHOOSE THIS BUS SERVICE PROVIDER
Worst bus service ever. 90% of the travel AC is turned off where we paid for AC volvo service and it is so suffocating as there is no air circulation. Stops everywhere to pick customers for filling empty seats. Never choose this!
Very bad experience with this travels. Booked from Delhi (0920) to Manali (1130). In the middle of the night, they changed our bus to an unclean (Lot of waste packets dumped inside) one. The staff is not at all worried about the on time performance and we are still on our way and will be reaching there by 1600 only (04: 30hrs late). You guys better not to book this one please.
Travelled from delhi to Bir, No concept of contacting or cooperating with passengers. Numbers are either never picked up or switched off. 2 seats and four passengers are charged fully for them. Worst experience. Never recommend. They have even deals with the food dhabas which will give you thousand bugs bill for two persons meals!
Worst experience! They sell the seats to other passengers once the actual passenger is even late by few minutes. There is no scope for catching them later because the deal is already done with the other. Phones get switched off or are not picked.
They are taking full fare of volvo bus but for 4 hours journey from Shimla they are giving simple sitting bus with no service. I will not recommend this bus service. Never do journey with this.
Worst travel experience. The driver was very aggressive and ill mannered and was driving very roughly without thinking about the safety of the passengers. I do not recommend this bus at all.
Worst experience ever. Never book Bus with these travels. Firstly the bus was very late, approximately 2hrs late. Secondly, the booked seat was not available and made me sit in some other seat besides gents when I booked a ladies seat with a ladies seat beside. When asked about the same, driver denies to take charge of it pushing it over to talk to the office persons. When i spoke to office ppl they ask me to talk with the driver. Ultimately they haven't given the seat i booked nor changed my seat. It was such an uncomfortable journey throughout. I highly not recommend anyone to book tickets with these travels. Stops multiple times too. Not punctual.
Never i got any problems with cityland travels and they're very polite, punctual, great services.booking ticket with northern travels is such a huge mistake of mine. Very much uncomfortable. If there was an option of giving minus rating i would have done that. 1* being the least I am giving it.even minimum essentials like bedsheet and water bottle wasn't provided.

Bus no: 0033 Delhi to bhuntar. Expected time to reach: 8.30 am Time reached: 3 pm Worst service ever in buses. Drivers are just concerned about their parcels and saman which they keep talking about. Stopped for like 10-12 times for personal packages. Rude behaviour towards passengers. And we're proudly telling all to just sleep as they will reach after 5-6 hours from scheduled timing. Drivers are continuously on call with one hand and driving with another. Why are they even doing jobs just sit at home and take calls man. Why bother with other people's lives. These services are running just because of non availability of competition. Otherwise dhandha band ho chuka hota Inka.
The bus drivers behavior is very bad towards to its service staff i.e, from YTB SURE who is behaving very polite after the drivers bad behavior. The bus departure from Dharamshala Bypass to Delhi on the date 28th june 2019 at evening 7 pm, bus no PB 0666. The YTB SURE buddy is very nice person and he served very good service.
Worst experience. Took a bus from Manali to Delhi. Driver and the assistant were very irresponsible and the AC was not working. Felt suffocated throughout the journey.
We took northern travels from bhuntar to haridwar. The bus driver was smoking continuously despite of smoking ban in India. In this closed bus with smoke of cigarette we felt suffocated and nauseated. The driver was not concerned about passenger comfort and health. It was a bad experience to travel in it.
