Very pathetic customer attending skills totally pathetic atmosphere and very rude while talking to customers they are not respecting their customers and very egoistic
Must learn the hospitality first otherwise they will not last long

Owner attitude is a major issue. Son is same like father they don't want to talk to customers politely.

Customer service is zero.

People are under an impression that it's a chain of Om Sweets (Which is a national brand) but they are fooling people by having identical name.

If continue with the same errogance then I don't think they are going to last very long.

Best sweets, best bhujias multiple variety every time visit to buy from this shop also too much rush on festival time.

I bought gujiya from the store no doubt the gujiya has awesome taste but there is hair in the gujiya I told them about that when I visited the store today they said { ha hoga nikla hoga, } this is their customer handling.
Taste is not everything The taste can be due to any chemical they can use but the customer satisfaction and handling the way of talking is main its my last visit to there store there are many better shop than this also

Best place to buy sweets and snacks while driving on a NH. My fav sweet is Gujiya however, their namkeens and other items are also really fresh and great in taste. Highly recommended.

they have gain lots of hearts by there taste and snakes,
If you visit there Must try their Bhujia they are delicious.if you are visiting or passing from Una must stop their and check out their snakes for your trip and sweets as gift for your relatives.

We tried their cakes. It was all delicious, moist and fresh. Everything we found fresh there. Good one.

Hands down its the best confectionary and sweet shop in Una district with high quality and a wide range of varieties in inhouse made Namkeens, sweets, biscuits, and Papads, etc. Their Gujia and simple petha is the best in the entire region.

Although it was a great eatry & taking away point earlier, but nowadays the quality is getting worsened, they uses excees of preservant in many items which indeed is harmful for the immunity & is the cause of many more diseases. Moreover the attitude of shop owner is also not up to the mark.

A very nice place. For eating, taking out, for sweets? """. Here u will get all sweets and many eatables like dhokla, pizza, burger, sandwich, kachori, patties etc. And all packaged foods, ice cream, juices and much more.

It opens at 8.15 to 8.20 am. Which was slightly late for persons visiting from far away places.
Otherwise the gujia is very good.

You guys need to try the Kulfi! It's one of the best kulfis I have ever tasted! Good quality stuff.

Well stacked namkin shop good variety of all types and taste items available. In my opinion the prices are on higher side. Situated on highway parking place is limited.

Food Quality is best, methi matth, varieties of namkin, Bengali mithai, Bakery products & Vadilal Ice cream too.

All item like snacks and Sweet here. But not testy only decoration. Not healthy sweets and bhujia. Don't know which oil they use.
