OYO 10372 Hotel Whistling Winds

Worst hotel ever i have had, the staff has no manners to talk to the customers and please dont go they will cut the electricity at their will in whole manali the light will come and in this hotel only light will not come, they took 1200 from us and for almost 12 hours their was no light.the staff dont take luggage to your room you have to take your luggage all the way to the whole stairs by your self only, worst owner worst staff, dont ever go to this hotel, they will not refund your money also.

Isss hotel mein ruk kr easa laga jaise ki vacation pe nahi kahin jail mein ho.hr cheez ki timing h.in December month there is no facility 4 hot water.hotel ka gaye 11 baje band ho jata h.staff k naam pr k 1 Banda hi h.har ek cheez k liye 2 se 4 baar bolna padta h. Har ek cheez k liye panelty h.jaise ek glass tuta to 100 rs aur bhi bohot kuch.hm log bohot family trips pe jate h.pr isse jayada bad behaviour wala mangement Maine kahin nahi dekha.rooms mein kuch bhi work nahi krta.hr ek cheez k liye u should pay separately

Overall experience was pathetic
First of all it was showing much less price and after making the Booking when we went there to check in they straight away demanded extra money.website was showing breakfast is included in the package which they completely denied and demanded more money.
We wanted to extend our stay for a night but again they demanded extra money this time more than double of wht the amount was showing.
The behaviour of the hotel attendant was not at all good being myself from hospitality industry i could see how badly they are managing their guest.
Not gonna comeback or recommend this to anyone

We are from Chennai, we booked through Oyo one day before. On thae day of reaching hotel they did not give room and negotiating for high cost. They cheated us. Do not book this hotel through OYO or phone. We did not get rooms also that night. We managed with some other hotel for the day. Don't belive this hotel

Best place to stay and chill, very close to mall road. You have to hike a bit, but it's worth as you get best views of city and mountains from your room. Another best part is there is rooftop restaurant where you can enjoy yummy food with mountain View.

Worst hotel, there's no proper amenities lot of power outages, no room cleaning, no proper bedsheets, food is worst. Overall it's a worst place to stay. Don't go with positive ratings. It's one of the worst experience I had

It's actuall cost should be 250 rupees as it's very top of the hill and garbage inside hotel make this hotel worst

Oyo should remove their name from this property if they really wanna be in the game. This place is not at all well managed. Let me wrap up the positive points and then I'll come to the ground reality.

1. Very near to mall road so you are always saving time if you plan to visit mall road often.
2. Government bus and auto stands are in mall road itself, so commuting in the city is convenient and it is one of the most important part in any hill stations.
3. Food is tasty, after a long tiring day getting back to tasty staple food felt so good.
4. This place was active and good in services at one time but the current scenario has changed so if you are coming in peak season, it might possible that they will be back in game but in February, they weren't able to match the standard.

Now, let's come to the status of this place in February 2022

1. They claim that super delux is the best room of the property but it doesn't have any room heater facility.it was -5 to -6 degrees out there at night but we didn't have anything to warm up. On top of it, they have only 1, very thin blankets which won't be enough for Delhi winters then think the status how it felt in Manali. When I requested for another one, the man simply refused that they don't have any spare blanket in the entire hotel and added " itni bhi thand nahi hai, mujhe to koi problem nahi hoti, main to aaram se so leta hoon". When insisted constantly for blanket, he offered that he can give a small heater for Rs. 500 per night. This is simply an act of talking advantage of situation.
2. They don't have electric kettle in the room, so if you need warm water, then call the kitchen and they will bring hot water after 10 min, so if you need to drink water immediately, either drink super chilling bottled water or wait for them. I have never visited any Oyo which doesn't provide these basics.
3. They rate themselves, I mean, they will force you to rate them at the time of checkout and they also want to see what are we writing. So we had to give 5 star because of the situation that time but I highly suggest to do not visit in the off season. They don't care about the customer and their experience.

Note: To reach the hotel from the drop point a person needs to take 20 stairs and trust me, it is not easy if you are not pahadi. Top of that, once you climb 20 stairs, now to reach the hotel you again need to take stairs till the 3rd floor. This was our biggest mistake to not check how to reach the hotel part.

Perfect place to get spacious and brightly lit rooms. Furniture is comfortable and vibes luxurious vibes. Staff members are efficient at their work. I would definitely visit this place again.

A spacious room with all amenities provided post a smooth check-in at the reception. With well maintained rooms and hygiene, the stay was great. To top it all, the hotel was easily accessible by public transport. Would love to come here again totally recomend it.

I had a wonderful time here, being here was such a pleasure. It was a great property with amazing interiors. The room were so soothing and comforting. The parking here was great and had ample space for the vehicles to park for guests. The price they charged was truly justified. I will be here again for sure.

It was a wonderful place for a stay. We had an early check in aswell, which shows how much they care for their guests. Staff was very much indulged in serving us. We also visited wave mall and bhulbhulya near to the property. Had a quality time here

This hotel provide really really tasty and hygienic food and the way of serving food is also very nice.
Overall its a pocket friendly and within budget hotel with a perfect snow view from ur hotel's balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very freindly staff, best mountain view campared to other hotels, provided me candle light dinner at cheap price.

The hotel is situated on a height which gives out the best view compared to the other hotels. Rooms are good. Staff is good. Quite a good stay at a budget.

Rooms are excellent and the best things is the view from hotel is ultimate.

This place absolutely deserves high ratings. In my view, it is an above average hotel which offers excellent service, rooms, food and view at a very reasonable price. You can have the pleasure of being in Manali just by sitting on the terrace of this hotel with your partner or friends. I appreciate the way this place is being managed.
