Amazing place to stay with home vibes. Best food i can have is the place thakur pg. Sometimes its not good but i think thats is ok. The staff is always ready to help you in every situation.

Our experience was so bad. Staff of the hotel was so greedy they refused to give us room just because we booked it through oyo. Disgusting

I had pleasant stay at hotel. Owner is very supportive person. He helped us getting cab, and cab driver was very good person. He suggested how we should plan our route and covered almost all the points in our trip. However we didn't get chance to visit Sach Pass as it was in our plan. The driver said that the road is in very poor condition ahead so we had to return from 10 km from Sach Pass. I could've given 3 stars, but it was the mistake of driver and not the owner of hotel.
It takes 15 minutes to reach Dalhousie from this place. Also it is must that you hire cab and have experienced driver on these roads as the roads are extremely dangerous.

Food is overpriced. Location is seren and one can get a decent accommodation here.

It's fantastic experience to stay here because this hotel easy to find. Staff is very cooperative and take care of their guest properly. Rooms are neet and clean. Food is delicious and quantity sufficient for two people. I stay second time with three days in this hotel. Location is very much good. I have plan to stay again and again in this hotel at my visit to Chamba and Dalhousie.

Basic cleanliness issues like dirty floors, washrooms and bedsheets. Don't have even basic room service and intercom. When asked for clean bedsheet, response was don't have it as washerman had not come. Had real difficulties in getting room as per the reservation as all charges were paid in advance thru third party Cleartrip. The property is managed like a dharamshala or inn which are made available in few hundred rupees or free of cost to pilgrims. Would advice travellers not to consider this property at all for their stay unless want to spoil their vacation.
