If you want make you trip healthy and enjoyful then go another option otherwise all times you guys only request to his employees.

I went their at Saturday 19 Feb Mr Deepak was their as a manager he was so rude he start fighting without any reasons 8 personaly recommended pls don't go their I f u have some self respect.

Bookrd Family Suite. Temperature was going 5 degree, we asked for heater (charges 400 per night) they gave just a red iron hot one, which was useless.

No wifi facility. (Unable that access internet as there was bo network).
Staff is dumb (not follow instructions carefully)
Small geyser (takes hours for hot water to come)
No kettle
Dirty bedsheets (asked for cleaning they said we got the room ready in the morning itself)
Overall: Worse stay ever!

I AM A REGULAR VISITOROF KASAULI AND R MAIDEN ALSO. THIS PLACE OFFERS A REASONABLE LODGING AND FOOD TO ITS GUESTS. THE BEST THING I FOUND ABOUT THIS IS JUST A WALKIN' DISTANCE FROM LOWER AND UPPER MALL, CRI, CHURCH, AND ALSO HAVING A LARGE SPACE FOR CAR PARKING.
THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE AND WELLLMANNERED SPECIALLY SHARMA JI. AT THE RECEPTION.

Rooms are terribly pathetic in comparison to the tarrif they charge. Only one positive point is the parking space and if you are staying u can avail that. Pathetic smell from the wooden furniture and no cleanliness.
Food is okies.they really need to revamp the hotel.

My experience here was not good. Even in off season, price was high. Room was not good compared to the price. Room service was bad. Intercom was not working. Lighting in the room was poor. There was strong oder (bad smell) in the washroom. Their hospitality was below average.

Only good thing was its location. I hope the owner will take a note of these things and.improve!

We went to kasauli to celebrate our anniversary.
Tried different hotels, this one was fitting to our budget.
Paid ₹3000 for a room.
They take extra charges for extra bedding.
₹500 for extra bedding.
We ordered lunch also in our room.
Room service was good.
But the food was really yummy. We had ordered Rarha chicken and tawa chapati for the lunch. Good quantity and just great taste.
In dinner also we order chicken lollipop, it was also great in taste.
Overall stay was great.
People were very nice and service was also great.

They are in greed of money nothing else.

The place is great location wise.
The view was breathtaking.
The hotel gives a vintage vibe.
Still there is a scope for improving rooms and service.

One of the worst hotel service I have ever seen in my entire life.during our stay there was no hot water in the taps and when we asked to get it fixed we were told they cant do anything as there is some mechanical issue.so if there is issue who is responsible for that? We pay for our comfortable stay and thats what response we got from the manager of this hotel and after arguing he asked someone to get hot wqter buckets and we never got it in our room even after waiting for hours.and when we were about to check out, hotel manager deepak and other manager whose namr i dont remember were so rude that they started arguing again that it is jot their fault and started telling this is what they are and shows their behaviour tiwqrds their guests… and when i asked contact number if the owner he refused to provide… totally disappointing.never visit this hotel try some other good options if u want to enjoy ur stay.

The hotel manager at reception was very rude, didn't know how to communicate with the customers, while providing any of the normal room service he didn't cooperate with the customer. Overall experience was average.

Property is Perfectly located at the Mall Road Kasauli
Also it is nice heritage building
But A bit shabbily Maintained
Rooms are Good but must be maintained as per contemporary norms

The hotel is very near to the Church (church closed from long time when we visited). The hotel has their own parking space. It has a bar and restaurant too. The rooms are clean and the staff is polite. The food quality in restaurant is good. The food is actually not value for money as the quantity is small. The only serve Himalayan mineral water bottle which is costly. No other drinkable water is available. They have a small space with a kids slide and two family swings.

Good hotel with great Loaction.specially it is located in main cantt area this one is the positive point and all the location are nearby walkable like church, Mall road and bus stand.
Not every roo m good but some selected rooms are well renovative.

Always great experience with R-maiden. During All trips we always stay here. Staff was co-operative and helpful. Location is good and near to all tourist attraction. Good location for party and food was delicious.
