OYO 23131 Village Heart Cottage

They are highly unprofessional. Demanded extra cash during check-in.

Please beware before booking with them.

The rooms are dampen.staff behavior not good. Room heater does not work.

I stayed at this for three nights. Room was not ready at check in time. The room was also not good. Bathroom was also not clean and hand towel, hand wash soap, bath towel, room sleeper, nothing was given. I even told the staff there to give it but they did not take my point in mind. And the food was nothing special. I didn't like to stop at it. Hotels are useless as they are seen in the photo, if you look from the front, then they are useless.

We struggled a lot to find the cottage after reaching Manali. The rooms were not ready by the check in time. They took lot of time to make the rooms ready. Hot water was available. No dedicated parking space. Food was good.

Extra amount was charged for heaters (same issue can been seen in previous reviews and still you guys didn't change). There is no receipt for that.

Rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable.
Good food and awesome service. Staff is very kind.
