OYO 24525 Hotel Country Lodge

I booked 1 rooms for a night from Oyo for Rs. 550. I reached the hotel late at night around 8 pm. But, to my surprise, the hotel owner refused to give me the rooms for the pre-decided price at which I had booked the rooms. He charged me Rs. 400 more for the rooms. When I contacted Oyo and reported the issue, they asked me to go to another hotel and did not resolve the issue. Instead, they asked me to hold on call for several minutes and later disconnected it. This happened thrice! They did not help! I was scammed and had to pay Rs. 300 more than the booking amount for the night stay as I had no other choice at that time. I was charged more than the booking amount and Oyo did nothing to help me! This was my first booking from Oyo, and they failed to provide service. Never trust Oyo!

The room is not bad but the people are terrible. Since we booked on booking (we don't use to book on advance but we arrived at 3.30 am) and we payed less than they normally charge they didn t let us extend the stay said us that this place is just for Indian people.

Agreed that we can check out late night with money paid in advance through oyo. Manager didn’t answer the call. Informed OYO and very cold response from them. Road towards parking is very narrow

Great location. Cool Calm well behaved cooperative people as a staff. It was the best part of the trip. Felt homely over here. Car Parking available. Cozy little place with full mountain view.felt close to the nature.

The rooms are good, clean but no AC and TV not working. The beds are big. The location is a very big negative. The service provided is very good from Hamsa.
In summary, its a decent budget hotel provided you have a vehicle.

A very good place to stay indeed, this place is a bit far from the main road, a definate recomendation for on budget travellers and people coming from cars, the prices are very good, the hotel manager is very polite, professional and hospitable to the customers. A very good stay overall.

Nice. You can feel a little bit homely feeling. You can cook in kitchen also. The owner along with cook and staff all are equally nice.
