OYO 24539 Hotel Isvara Inn

One of the worst experience with this property and owner. When you book a room online from any app then at the time of check in owner will ask for extra money from you and will say that he has no contact with any app and you have to pay extra money. All this happened with us during checkin for this property. We contact to goibbo customer care and they said that we can't help you for this as owner doesn't want to listen anything. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

2. Zed spray was broken
3.floor wooden was broken
4. Bedsheet also very dirty
5.toilet pot was broken
6.i booked this room with meal including but when I check in they said meals can't be provide you because our Cook is not available
i would suggest please guys don't visit this property

Booked Room through OYO.

They don't provide proper room as you will book for 2,3 or 4 you will only get double bedroom tiny room.
Owner is greedy just want to make money by selling super expensive Food to guests.

Room Rates are on lower side like 700 to 800 but food is like 600rs per person. That is the only way to make money of this property owner.

Bedsheets are dirty, there was no AC in our room but we booked the AC one. TV was not working and on asking owner said there is no dish tv connection right now. Overall pathetic experience.

1. Water is not available in room no 105,108.2. Food not provided by the staff and I have already paid dinner or breakfast amount on Booking time.
3. Extra charge for food

I booked through Oyo app and when I reached hotel they denied the booking and said we will not give room acc to Oyo as we are not accepting booking from Oyo, secondly full hotel is empty but still they are demanding more money than the booking price for room, so I denied to stay there and they said please cancel the booking at your end we will not cancell it totally a useless hotel and 2 useless fellows were sitting there both are really moneyminded creeps.

I stayed here last week for 5 nights and the experience was very bad. 1) Rooms are poorly maintained, wooden flooring coming out at places, cobweb everywhere, plaster coming off the walls, broken toilet seat; 2) TV (24 inch) size and position is inappropriate; 3) Bed linens are not changed after a guest leaves and continue with the same with the next guest, unless you complaint and insist forcefully to change. During my 5 nights stay, bedsheet was changed only once and pillow covers were never changed! ; 4) Housekeeping staff is untrained and unprofessional. I had to personally supervise while cleaning was being done. ; 5) The shower area had a clear glass regular sized window and for privacy a plastic curtain was hung shabbily. ; 6) Vehicle parking space is very limited and taking out vehicle is a tricky and time consuming task. ; 7) The bed was advertised as KING size but in reality it was not even QUEEN size, the mattress was hanging out of the bed. ; 8) Food rates are high. ; 9) The co-owner was rude, loud and unpleasant to speak with. He would play loud music in the reception area. Very annoying! Please avoid staying here.

Very bad koi mtt aana. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Bathroom cleaning is not good. The toilet seat is broken. They said that there will be wifi
but there is no Wi-Fi. There is only a cup of tea with bread in the breakfast. And their t.v. Also not works

Expensive Food. Things were mis-managed, may be due to covid restart. Broken Toilet seats.

Stayed at this hotel in December last year. Cleanliness was exceptionally good. Sufficient parking space was there. In house restaurant and room service for food was not there therefore even for taking tea we had to go to nearby market. TV was not working as DTH was not recharged. While booking through Oyo app I had checked twice the availability of room heater but after reaching hotel receptionist told me that the same was also not available.

Pathetic and unprofessional Hotel. Cold rooms with defective plumbing, loads of mosquitos, non working T. V, pathetic and highly limited food. Kindly do not stay in this Hotel

3guest, booked to stay at this place through OYO. Complimentary breakfast was given as an option we opted it, N was 1116 for 3 on a non AC room with an extra floor bed for the 3rd person. The receptionist at the hotel said initially that breakfast isn't included but I showed him my booking. Then he said the COOK isn't available but I told him we opted with breakfast. Then finally he said he will arrange it by next day mornin. On the next day mornin he refused and said will refund 45rs each of us. On the same hotel, rooms with out breakfast available n that was costing us 850 for 3 so we lost money on it. The most terrible part is we had NO ELECTRICITY FOR MORE THAN 2 HRS. We made couple of calls for switching on the generator but the staffs were terrible. Overall so bad hotel there is no professionalism

Stay was excellent. The most important aspect for me is cleanliness, which was perfect. Vikas, especially added points to the awesome stay with his great hospitality.

Nice hotel located near to chamunda Devi temple.
Just 100m from Baroi bus stand. The hotel have a nice front view of chamunda Devi temple and rear view of valley of dharamsala.
There is ample space for parking and they do have a car cleaning stop nearby.
Once you book a room you can just keep your car in the parking if you don't want to drive then there are multiple options available from the hotel location.
You can take a bus which is a very frequent service from this place to all the nearby tourist destination like dharamsala, MacLeod ganj, palampur etc.
Or you can hire a cab as well because the taxi stand is just 3-4 min walk from the hotel.

Nice location and greenery view. Good staff The only little issue is mosquitoes in room but it can easily sort out by Good night machine️.

Rooms are good. No AC. No kitchen. Customer orders are supplied from another hotel. Very quiet area. Excellent view of mountains. Especially when they are snow capped!
