Absolutely horrendous stay. The rooms were not clean and the linen looked like it hadn't been changed in ages. The room was not cleaned despite the staff explicitly being told to do so and despite leaving the key at the reception for an entire day. Basic services like cleaning of room is not a luxury and should be treated like a necessity.
Food service is super slow. We ordered a sandwich and a tea, only to find that half an hour later there was a knock at our door asking whether we'd ordered one sandwich or two! If there is a confusion, half an hour later is certainly not the time to clarify it.
To top it all, the staff was arrogant, unwilling to change and defensive of the lackadaisical attitude.
NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS PROPERTY!
