Very bad hotel very compact and suffocating there no windows in rooms, everything in room is dirty

The location is good but the staff and their manager is very bad. They treat very badly and threaten to customer if you raise your voice.
It's not a good place to stay because the rooms are dirty, food is very bad and they don't treat to customer properly.

My suggestion you should never visit this place because nearby there are very good restaurants.

Would have given it a minus five if possible but that also wouldn't accurately describe the degree of ineptitude and callousness of the hotel management and staff.
Hygiene is a word which simply doesn't exist in their dictionary, the toilets are dirty and stained, they don't change their linen after a guest checks out for a new guest so you will find your linen stained and carrying god knows what sort of skin infections.
The exteriors are equally dismal, they don't even clean the entrance staircase.
They have a lift which is just a showpiece as it's perpetually disfunctional and wifi is a distant dream.
The worst aspect is the extremely unprofessional and uncouth behaviour of the management and staff, who it seems need a lesson in basic etiquette.
They are highly incompetent and arrogant and will argue with you if you point out their shortcomings, managing guest reservations is rocket science for them as they usually addle them up.
Overall the experience was horrendous and I would advise people to stay away from this establishment which is not worthy of being called a hotel.
