Worst hotel in which I have stayed till now. The location is very poor along with the food quality and service. There is no connectivity with the City area, Whatever they have mentioned over Oyo, it's totally wrong information because it's too far from the City area like mall road. I never recommend this hotel to anyone. Totally a waste of money.

Not the same room as shown.we got different room and it was very small with no facilities and onwer behavior very bad.

Very costly transport from hotel to mall road (300-400 ruppes)
Also hotel to isbt shimla also

This is very rubbish hotel don't try to make any booking at this place owner is very nonsense no sense how to talk with guest and service is very cheap food quality is also rubbish don't try to waste ur holiday at this place they rejected the bookings of guest after they reached at hotel and if you pay extra money then they give room to guest and if you want any thing even water they say u have to do ur service by yourself we don't have waiter or service boy.if my wife and my baby is not with me I swear I m going to slap the manager.

Had a Stay in the Hotel Recently. Some Points to be Noted

1. Hotel is 5-6 km from Ridge steep down below (unlike mentioned by hotel as it 1 near by mall road). Taxis take between 250-350 for one side. So its basically 500 for one trip to go to ridge.
2. Hotel deposit your ID proof while check in and they will only give you back when you check out and they force you to give 5 star ratings on App.
3. Room are ok ok. Need to push staff for services.

Although staff and owner are supportive

Rooms were bad. Even knob was not working. The spund from one room to other was audible that every single talk was going out of room. Bedding was torn. Staff was fine. But bathroom supplies were not given

Bkwas hai, away from mall road no room service no drinking water, leopard sensetive area, they don't have any thing other than room i don't know how they have 4 star ratings

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered.

1. The location is hard to find and 1.5 km from mall road is misleading as it’s 1.5 km direct uphill (so not accessible unless you book a cab.

2. The manager was rude and wasn’t afraid to use abusive language for us while talking to his staff.

3. Rooms were available but we did not get early checkin because they were asking for a full day amount to checkin a before time.

4. Took away government IDs and did not return till checkout, never experienced this policy anywhere else

5. Dustbins absent, lack of linens

6. Bathroom doors did not close

I could go on and on, but the point is, don’t book this if you can find any other hotel.

Worst Hotel ever.

Worst location.
No accessibilty to local travel options.
Zero Service.
Rude Staff.
Rude and arrogant Hotel Manager.
No Room Service.
Charging double for the cabs.

If anyone is booking this even after reading these reviews, cant say much then.

Staff behaviour was bad.
They forced me to give 5 star ratings.
They kept my ID until I gave them 5 star ratings on oyo.
Service was also very poor.
I will never recommend someone to go there again.
