Palampur Tea Gardens

Beautifully scenic place, tea gardens on both the sides of the road, within the city, give a very soothing feeling. I felt like stopping there for a while but could not do so as the road was narrow. Must see for nature enthusiasts. Wish I had taken some snaps.

Absolute heaven, the tea aroma and freshness is there in the air and is around entire place. The view is unbeatable with dhauladhar range in the background.

Amazing place to hang out and take picture and selfies. Its really nice but be careful of the slopes and holes and you can easily fall and hurt yourself if your not careful!

Lush green, well manicured tea gardens, the only ones in this region bring an absolutely beautiful, graceful and serene look to the stunning locales. Out of no where, in between houses and buildings you see patches of these lovely tea gardens. An amazing experience for tourists.

Mr Punitji had explained wah tea estate history, the process of tea plucking to packing and the types of tea.
There was tea testing also while having a tour which is 40 mins.
You can taste n buy your favourite tea.
There is a cafe also where u can enjoy the view of the tea estate with some tea and food, which is run by Ms. Kaveri. We had sprouted salad, mixed veg paratha which was good, different and healthy too, spaghetti with olive oil and garlic and lastly iced tea. This is an absolute must visit place if you are in and around Dharamshala. In fact our family liked this place more than any of the sights in the region. Wah Tea Estate is the ancestral tea garden belonging to the Prakash family since 1953. Guests are taken on a guided tour which entails: 1. Walk around the tea estate 2. Demostration/Explanation of plucking 3. Manufacturing process from withering to packing 4. Traditional tea tasting session

You can find peace, happiness, joy, your inner self and ofcourse how can you forget about the greenery and the beautiful view of mountains, it's not a place it's a feeling it's an emotion.

I loved this place. It was all green and people were very good, they gave me all info about tea leaves.
