I only have good things to say about Manali, it was a dream and a must-see destination for every Latino who is in India, the landscape is wonderful in any direction you look you will have a spectacular view that will leave you breathless and the hotel was the best decision I ever made. I could have taken it, it is located right in the middle of the mountains, the facilities are modern and although it is a large and very tasteful hotel, the staff adds that warm touch of home with how friendly and helpful they are. You will not need a guide, the hotel will provide you with all the information and services you need to have a dream stay from visiting the picturesque towns to the surroundings and temples, or if you are an extreme person, practice adventure sports or simply spend a relaxing afternoon in the hotel admiring the mountains tasting the exquisite food. 100% recommendable. More than a destination, an experience.

It’s beautiful in here, maybe because the season is just starting, there was a trouble in the food section for ala-carte. The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

I recently stayed at Hotel Palchan during a weekend getaway, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the hotel's sleek and modern design, with a bright and airy lobby that offered stunning views of the ocean.

My room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and plenty of natural light. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the mini-fridge was a nice touch for keeping drinks and snacks on hand.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area and provided the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The on-site food quality also exceeded my expectations, with delicious and inventive dishes that showcased fresh, local ingredients.

But perhaps the best part of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel Palchan to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable hotel experience with top-notch amenities and service.

Pathetic hotel.they even charge 500₹ for using loo.very poor attitude.what guest expect from 3rd class property.much better properties near by this hotel.

Worst experience as they don't even allow to use the washroom. You have to pay an entry charge of rs 500 to even enter the hotel.

Worst behaviour of staff espescially the receptionist who wears cap. Me and my teenager son wanted to use their washroom while on our way to Solang valley. The receptionist did not have any basic courtesy and respect for even a middle aged woman like me. He asked for minimum 500 inr to enter the hotel and said that if we have food it will be adjusted to the cost. We agreed to it as we wanted to use washroom desperately, the food was pathetic and not even worth 500 inr. You can get same amount of food in 200 inr in any big metro city. When we complained about the food quality and portion size, the receptionist misbehaved with us. My son asked the receptionist to talk politely several times but he threatened us with physical abuse. Since we were helpless we got out of the property urgently. This receptionost should be ashamed of himselfhimself and I pray to God that he should be physically abused by tourists as well. Bahut hu besharam janwar hai yeh gora topiwala receptionist.

Palchan hotel is one of the best hotels in manali. I stayed there for 5 days and it was a wonderful experience. The staff members are very polite and understanding. It is the best luxury hotels in manali to make your vacation memorable.

Best location for a 5 star in Manali, 360 degree snow capped Mountain Views. Closest 5 star to Atal tunnel, Solang ski slopes. Ample of parking space, different cuisine restaurants and a marriage hall for up to 200 people.

Well the place is nicely built and beautifully done. The exterior has nice lawn and plenty of space. The entrance is beautiful and the ceiling is superb. Well maintained and nice designed. The party Hall is huge and can gather huge audience. The staff is nice. Location wise is just fine. Well lit roads and clean surroundings. Awesome place to arrange ceremony or meetings. Palchan Hotel is one of the best resorts in Manali to stay in. The staff is very welcoming & the owner gave us the tour of the place & told us what is close by & how can we reach there.
