Each and everything was so perfect and upto the mark.including food, the ambience, the servicing and most importantly the aesthetics ️ each dish was a masterpiece. One should definitely give it a try

The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and hospitality.
The food was also good and the behaviour of the staff was very polite and their services were also prompt.
Value for money.

This hotel is right on the UNA Nangal road. And it good for 1 night stay. Rooms are ok and food is ok as well. Don't expect good quality and good service. It has ample parking outside and one can book for marriage and other small functions as well. The best part of this hotel is that it's on road and very well connected.

Very poor service. I was excited to come here with my family and firstly ordered veg soup, it was extremely bad in taste. Washroom condition was pathetic (water all over the floor), floor was sticky and dirty.

DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL!

One of the worst restaurant experience we had here due to pathetic service by their Untrained and unapologetic service staff (including manager). They took more than an hour (when restaurant was almost empty) to prepare our order after our repeated calls. Even after an hour they couldn't prepare Pasta and they served all the dishes one by one which should been served together. They shifted their focus on a large group ignoring all other guests sitting and waiting.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful.
Food is very good & healthy.

I booked a table for dinner, but on arrival the manager was not aware about the booking. They should keep check on the reservation. In terms of taste, the food was good but service was really poor. We waited for almost an hour for the meal to be served. This was not supposed to be the right way to treat the customer. It is hoped that the hotel management will improve and look for their actions in future and work on their policies too.

There r flies wanderings around dinner table and irritating us.the staff was told but no solution done food is so so

Location and ambience of the hotel is pretty good. Very spacious, neat and clean. Staff is also very polite and friendly. Rooms are spacious, comfort and amenities are also good. Room service is pretty good. I would have given 4.5 stars if the food was good too. But to be honest food was not upto the mark. It seemed to me that they served us stale food. Taste was below than normal. Bar is also not that good, i felt. So in these two areas I think hotel management must work or upgrade. Thank you.

The accommodation and beauty of this hotel is amazing and the food quality and the behaviour of staff is so good just loved everything

Food was pathetic. I don't know how people has given 3 and 5 stars.
We ordered few items, but I think food in the streets are tastier than in Parth.
We ordered beer, it was not even kept inside the fridge. Requested ice cubes, but not ice available.

Bar is pathetic.starting from interiors to sitting arrangement to service to taste to serving hot beers to non availability of ice cubes to so on.and most important no one is is ready to hear the feedback. GM is so busy that he even did his mobile switch off.
