They provided really low quality rooms in Shimla under the name of Luxury package. There was not even enough space to keep our luggage in the room. Hotel guys were not cooperative as well. Once Planet Holidayers had received full payment, they had stopped responding to our calls. Instead they asked us to adjust with the rooms provided. I will not recommend traveling with tour agent. Really bad quality service. I wish I could provide zero stars!

It was great experience overall with planet holidaers. I have been to spiti tour for 8 days and every day was a wonderful one. Aarti who co-ordinated the tour was very patient and answering all my queries with details.

I have gone with elder people (70,65,60) and with kids, there is no issue with anything in the overall trip.
