Prana

Only a review of the food, I didn't stay there. I ordered a veg biryani and was pretty disappointed. Quickly put together and flavourless.

The cafe is the most perfect cafe in Begasso. The most amazing service of all (the manager is not on the manager's side, he will help you with everything you need). Excellent food.
Excellent coffee. (also pretty much the only place here that has oatmeal).

My wife and I arrived in India for the first time, we landed in Delhi and directly took the bus to Dharamsala. And to the kitchen staff who just showered us with love and delicious food from the moment we arrived

The hostel is relatively located quite high in Begasso so that there is always a view overlooking the entire valley
Close to restaurants, workshops, etc.
The rooms are perfectly fine and have everything you need for a good rest in Bagasu

In short, if you like a young, family loving atmosphere, Prana is the perfect place for you
I myself could not have asked for a better start in India

We have only good things to say about Prana. This is why we extended our stay to 10days.
The ROOMS were amazing. Super nice big clean with mirror blankets and shelfes with enough space for us.
The BATHROOM was also clean and also had warm water!
The owner is very kind super friendly was always available when we needed something and always down for a little chat.
We also ate at the RESTAURANT and i can highly recommend the mixed vegetables. I dont know how they prepare them but it was so tasty.
We would always love to come back to Prana and were very grateful we had such a nice time at this place.

Gani, the owner of the place, is a very unique person, funny and a great karom board player - The food in Prana is excellent and the atmosphere is calm and chill. I liked the lettuces plants used as the table decoration

Nice small family cafe. Though menu is not so various, among typical indian meals they serve vegetable and fruit salads, some dishes from other asian countries (rare for other cafes of Bhagsu). Thai curry was super nice)
Though portions are not big, quality and taste of all meals deserve highest rate. Guys just opened the season 2022, and for beginners buisness are doing really great. Small space, simple, minimalistic, but cozy design of interior, soft orange illumination and cheerfulness of the owners create very pleasant home-like atmosphere.
Good place for long relaxing chet-chat meetings;)

If you're looking for healthy food and good local cuisine prana cafe is the place to be in dharamkot and bhagsu. You won't regret it, they have special menu where they prepare local cuisine every evening.

Wow. I’m so proud to be the first one to review this beautiful family run restaurant. I ran into this place on their first week of opening and I haven’t been to another restaurant since. The food is fresh every single time, wholesome and so full of love. I’ve had the tofu butter masala, the palak curry, breakfasts, dal, Thai curry and halwa. They have on multiple occasions catered for me and gone off menu to create something special and unique for me. The atmosphere in this place is one of peace and calm. It’s got a beautiful simple layout and friendly atmosphere which is hard to find sometimes amounts the loud and brash places you might find elsewhere. I can’t thank Sinja, Gani and Changu (and little Alfred) enough for their hospitality, warmth and amazing food. Ill be back!

Very nice location in upper bhagshu and very fresh and healthy food I very had and stuff was really friendly I will come again and again thanx prana team.

Honestly I have been eating in many restaurants around and by far this one has the best food! You can see the kitchen which is super clean and well designed and the atmosphere in the restaurant is so calm and relaxed and I could have stayed there for so long just enjoying the good vibes.
Apart of all of this the food is literally delicious! So good! We had the broccoli soup (special) pasta and Buddha bowl and it was all incredible tasty! Thank you!

This place is so cozy and nice. I come here to eat, but also to chill with the owners as if i'm with my friends or family. The food is amazing, only fresh vegetables and freshly made. Totally recommend it!

Tried Mutton thukpa and salads, really liked the taste of the food. Though quantity of the Noddle was firm and taste was awesome.
