We had a fantastic experience at Primo Resorts. The beautiful surroundings, well-appointed rooms, and friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. The resort's amenities, including the pool and spa, provided relaxation and indulgence. Highly recommended for a luxurious and rejuvenating getaway.

This is our 1st trip to Manali we had a alot of memories in and around. We are origin of South side of India, we never missed our food while stay at resort, quality of food is good and neat and cleanly served. Staffs are very much user friendly. Our return bus is by evening they have given us extension of time to check out. We have a nice experience and much memories to take back home

I would strongly recommend this place well behaved staff, clean spacious rooms with wodden work all over. The best thing about this place is people working here are not money minded like the other places in manali. Our bus was at 4 and they allowed us to extend our stay while check out is at 11 AM without charging a single penny.

Mr Thakur recommend us a shawl store in Kullu and we ended up getting the best quality with extra discount.

Rooms are very nice, peaceful atmosphere. Only thing a little far from mall road if you are traveling by car no issue. Great stay.

Talking about location its like staying in a dream place. Huge balcony attached with the rooms which open infront of the hills. We stayed in room number 202 203 Loved it. Its the main attraction. Rooms are huge neat and clean proper hygiene maintained all the time.

This hotel management is not too good, no any staffs stay at night, even no security guard. We suffered a lots of problem, once night no power in hotel and no any staffs are pick up our call, that’s why we stayed full night without power. When we asked to receptionist at morning, they suddenly said that we are not staying in night at hotel.
That why we are not eagerly to face this problem. And now we don’t want to stay again in future.

Pathetic services, highly overrated.not at all worth money.many basic stuff is missing like door locks are in bad condition, no fridge/ mini bar, no ceiling fan, no room for drivers and many more.

Best place to stay in Manali. The view is breathtaking from your hotel room. The staff is friendly, well behaved and highly cooperative. I won't hesitate to visit them again.

One of the best hotal with in budget having a great view of the mountains. The rooms are spacious and we'll designed having a balcony as well. Food so delious, there are so many different types of varieties food, the manager and all promo resort team were axtremely helpfull. Would definitely recommend.

I have been scouring for hotels in Manali for my honeymoon since Feb 2022. Primo Resorts, out of all, somehow had my heart right away. I have never been to Manali before and wanted to have a memorable stay.

When we reached the property, we were simply awestruck by the location itself. Mr. Thakur welcomed us cordially with soft drinks and breakfast but not before we were led to our super deluxe room in the hotel.

Neatly done interiors, linen, toiletries, amenities welcomed us like we had experienced never before. Everything from electric kettle to slippers to vanity kits to sanitary napkins, the management is thoughtful to the greatest extent.

Primo also boasts of a vast food menu, which balances quality and quantity equally well.
I couldn’t have asked for better food in Manali than Primo resorts. The kitchen staff is brilliant, to say the least.

We had a really great stay here. It's more like a 4 star hotal. Spacious rooms food was excellent both. Tha staff is also very polite and professional grat service.
