Very poor service
They don’t even know how to talk to the customer.
I’m going to visit this service center again in my life.

Very friendly and helpful people, thoroughly explain everything about Yamaha bike. Trained mechanics for bike Service.

Place was okay. They are a bit costly. They have some good mechanics too. Some mechanics are not that good and they ask customer to meet them outside the facility so that they could do service of vehicles without involving RK automobile.
Edit 1 Place has changed since I last went there. Much cleaner now.

Don't go there Don't west your money and time.they selling duplicate products even tyres also. By mistake I brought yamaha fzs from there Showroom. My tyre was leak. I ask to change them but there are showing attitude and talking like I did every big mistake. My suggestion all of you please please guys don't west your money and time. My seat cover damaged with in a weak
I ask from them to change but they are telling me about company policy. Finally I realized I did very big mistake. My suggestion all of you if you are big fan of Yamaha then please go shimla or Chandigarh. I did very big mistake please you don't do this mistake

I m totally disappoint from RK Automobile. The owner has no manner to deal with customers and unexpected behavior from the owner. Hi said. (Bahr road pr fenk do iski gaadi ko.) What is this? Sir, if we are customers then only you are, if we are not there then you are also nothing.

Very Impressive Bikes in Yamaha. I bought a R15 last month and was very satisfied with the pricing & behaviour of the staff. Cooperative & genuine people

Very bad service staff is very rude. Even they don't know how to talk with customers. By mistake I buy a Yamaha fzs. It was my very big mistake. My suggestion please please don't buy anything and don't go for service also. They are selling duplicate Yamaha products. They give me a MRF tyre and tyre was deflated but they are not ready to change.

Owner and workers are very careless that they forgot to refill engine oil in my bike during service. Very rude that their worker started arguing with me when I went back and told their fault. Customer handling is very bad. I had to ask for washing several times though it is included in the service. I hope I’ll never have to go there in future.

Selling team is good but need improvements in customer handling, like after sale behavior is more important.

Very pathetic owner. Rude as hell.does not know the customer seller relation and how a communication should be made.he has anger issues and panic attacks and his overreactive nature is the reason people should avoid going there. He will burst on you and you will get your time wasted and your mood spoilt.he makes an issue out of normal talks.i suggest this person should be taught nanners and resoect or else he should work at a auto cleaning center this type of behaviour will nit be liked by anyone because the reseon to go there is only purchasing and complaining about issues and he is not even ready to listen to us.wrong human being.this owner mahesh
