Raabta Resort

Very nice hotel, nice scenery and amazing experience.pool on the top, thats make it more happening. It's a company sponsored trip. Enjoyed so much.

Location was fine as the resort is in forest area and the road to reach the resort was rough. With regard to rooms there were wild spiders and other small insects on our bed too, which could harm the guests and could be dangerous, I recommend the hotel to take action on their end and get the pest control done in the entire hotel for the safety of guests. Service was very good staff was polite and food was ultimately awesome. Thanks!

Room very nice, food okay okay, location beautiful but your car may not steep up the last 200 meter. U need specialist to drive the vehicle up.

It's one of the worst hotel which I have booked in my life. I can share several reasons not to stay. Let me share my whole experience.
Day 1
I reached hotel 10: 45 AM, paid in advance for two days. No parking as listed on booking apps. Now I asked the manager to do the early check-in if possible, he replied to check with owner who asked whether the payment has been done or not. As soon as manager replied he asked for another 1k because now booking was secure due to advance payment. I was shocked, as there was no visitor in the hotel. Now, another surprise and I was shocked to see that they serve bisleri bottle with seal broken.
I thought to order some food as been travelled and was hungry. Quality and taste of the food is average. In the evening I ordered snacks, quality has gone inferior now. I have started feeling helpless as already done the advance payment. Glad to see some people who came and left the property all of a sudden after checking the pulse, smart decision.
Day 2
I asked the manager for the breakfast which was complimentary, he replied that would be available as I order (payment option). I made him understood that it is complimentary in the package, God grace he understood. Now me and my wife thought to be out whole day to avoid unpleasant stay at the hotel, we spent a well touring day through, Shogi, Shimla, Mashobra, Naldehra and came back to Belvilla Raabta Resorts
at 11: 30 pm where another surprise was waiting for me. There was no water bottle in the room. I thought not a problem of I ask it from the staff they will provide it. Guess what, no this didn't happen. I called them, they didn't pick the call even when I saw them all playing cards in their staff room. I personally went down and asked for the water, the reply was shocking- "Kitchen have been closed" and they don't have water now. Once when I said that let me start my car and look for the water now somewhere else. I started thinking to leave from the hotel there and then. The so called manager open a small door wher they do keep their stocks and I was again shocked to see more than a dozen mineral water bottle for which they denied.
This is not at all a good place to visit and live. I will strongly not-recommend the booking apps and websites to turn off the listings from their websites asap. I am sure the positive reviews which are there have been put either by friends and relatives of the owner. Worthless property ever visited in my life, they don't even know the 'H' from the word "HOSPITALITY".

Stay was not so good. Hotel was nice. Very good location. Newly built property I love hotel. But oyo told us during booking pool is operational but when we reached hotel pool was under construction. The other things is. We are 2 person travelling. And only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel given. And there is no water bottle in the room. We ask for water bottles than provided by staff that was on chargeable basis. At least 2 bottles should complimentary in every room. And the other thing as per package out breakfast was complimentary but when I ask tea with our breakfast they said breakfast is complimentary but tea will be chargeable this was really disgust.
Only look into water bottles in the rooms. Towels as per pax. And tea should be part of breakfast.

New modern resort. One of the better ones. Good location, edge of town. Must visit as they do wonderful hospitality. Thank you to the owners for taking care of us. An address to recommend, that's for sure and will be happy to come back.

Not sure where are these recent reviews coming from. As per them it opened 26th March for reservation. I checked in a week back and the property is still not ready for reservation. It was not a good experience for me and my family though.

Oh, got one. Food is good

Cons
1.200mtr Off road decline patch to the approach of the property and once u see the property after reaching down from that decline, there is a sharp incline to reach the property. Cars beware, need some gata loops skills to reach there with your car.
2. Property is all hike thru endless stairs. The lift was not operational yet and I got my room on floor 3, which technically is floor 6.3. No power on 2 days out of 2nights and 3 days stay.
4. Finishing is not the high point of the what so called exclusive property.
5. Got a short circuit in the first room we bot checked into. Had to. Hange it twice thereafter. Took me an hour to finally settle in the room.
6. Not clean. Had to get down on my fours to clean the corners.
7. The view is not as scenic as in pictures clicked. It's just construction all four corners.
8. Oh and wifi is limited to the reception area ONLY.

More of a hoax property as compared to features and pictures in the listing.

This place is must visit if you’re looking for a peaceful getout, Rooms are good and well hygienic, staff is co operative, serenity is good.

Really nice place, staff is co operative in every kind, rooms are worthy of the price mentioned
