I recently had an incredible stay at Rai Kuteer. The dinner experience was nothing short of exceptional – from the diverse menu to the exquisite presentation, every dish surpassed expectations. Thanks to Mohit Bhai, he made sure that we got satisfactory service, and the cottages here are very beautiful, duplex fully made of wood. Food served is also praiseworthy, and the best thing is that the chef listens to the customer's requests and modifies taste accordingly.

Peaceful place to stay, view from the room are so beautiful, food is also very delicious and hostility is also very good. The couple who cooks food at here is the nicest people, The host and the owner of the cottage Mr. Abhishek was the nicest person he helped us to explore the place.

Where do I start!? The view, the host, the rooms and even the food- everything here was exquisite. Not only did the host took care of all our needs for the stay, but also suggested us where to go and how to go there, gave us information that only an experienced local could've known which helped us a lot. Arranged booz for us at uncanny hours. We stayed here longer than we planned to and had so much fun that I forgot some of my stuff and the host was kind enough to send some guys to return it. And the food. Was way more than what you can expect in mountains. The menu doesn't cover the generosity of the chef. They'll just make whatever you'll ask for.

This place has the best host ever, Mr. Rai and Mohit both are awesome and very helpful. They do the best in whatever you ask for in their limits. Had an Awesome Time, Food is the best part as well as the stay and location. Radha chicken is the best.if you go to Banjar you should take halt at Rai Kuteer.

If you are visiting Jibhi, then I would suggest you to have a stay in Rai kuteer as it was at prime location and you would meet Mohit the owner who will help you regarding all the things that you need.

A fantastic hotel located on the prime spot in Bajor in Himachal Pradesh. The rooms are quite good and spacious. Owner Mr. Rai and Staff is very helpful. Highly recommended!

Best place to stay while visiting tirthan Valley. Most of the places are very near to the Cottage. Mr. Rai & his son Mohit are very warm welcoming. Rooms are very clean and the view is amazing. Property is managed very well & Food is great and there is ample parking space.

Stupendous location, exceptional hospitality, this place makes up for a perfect staycation in the lap of nature. Located within just 10kms vicinity from Jhibi this place makes up for the best stay one could ever expect in the area with all facilities on board that too at the nominal pricing. The owner Mr. Rai is an extremely generous and helpful person who is managing the property with full dedication and commitment towards the guests. It is pertinent to note that this is the only place in the area where the owner is not making bargain of the situation and inflating the prices to mint the money and is rather working ethically which is reciprocated by the fact that his cottage is mostly packed and sold out.
Glad we could have the stay there and experience the hospitality offered by Mr. Rai and his team.

Well managed property, beautifully designed, excellent behaviour of Mr. Rai (owner) and his son Mohit, delicious food was served. Affordable place to stay in Banjar in the lap of nature. Parking is available. Though needs to up keep the WiFi facility

The place is really good, specially the deluxe room (spacious, modern, best suited for a couple). The host is very homely, gives you the feel of your own home. Also, ask for a duplex room if you’re traveling in group, that’s very cost effective for a group of 4. Food is fine, bread omelette is must try.

First time i visited banjar (tirthan valley) and choose rai kuteer & cottage for stay i had a great time & pretty good experience and their service was pretty good as well maintain cleanliness and everything was perfect also they are very helpful and kind

I recently visited the property and my experience was excellent.

Three of the things which stood out were:
1. Homely environment and the sense of bonding which I developed with the owners and the property.

2. The food was yum and they were always ready to customize things as requested with happy face.

3. Property was well maintained, clean and in great shape.

It’s a must visit for anyone who want to visit both Jibhi and Tirthan as it’s equidistant for ok both the locations and a great place to be.

I stayed in this property for one night with family while coming back from Jibhi. Its a awesome property overall. Neat and clean with very good interiors and beds, TV. Food is very nice. I liked it. The 5 '*' rating might be less to describe the hospitality, Excellent service of the people of Rai Kuteer. They treat you like the family as of you are living in your own home justifying the name 'KUTEER'.
Plus they have 2 friendly dogs too️

As we entered Rai Kutter we received a warm welcome by the owner, and they made us comfortable with the attic room and basic amenities. The cottage architecture was amazing, and the view from the room balcony was beautiful. We had such an amazing stay over there.

Owner is very friendly and helpful everytime, helped us in exploring the whole valley and nearby places and the room is so much beautiful and there were comfy beds, awesome attic rooms and the staff is too much friendly.
