Very Bad Hotel Dont Book this One. Staff is Stupid and Arrogant they just don't know the meaning of service Worst experience

One of the third class property in Himachal.one of the super third class management.most most unhygienic swimming pool. They don't even follow the swimming guidelines as per hotel industry

According to booking price the aminities provided, are very poor.
Looks like a below average catagory accomodation. Linens and bathrooms are in wrost conditions.
Needs lots of improvement.

I visited this palace for marriage & I really feel it's a nice palace for marriages in the locality. The marriage hall is huge. The hotel staff is really nice & always ready to help. This hotel is very near to Nadaun. Giving it 5 stars as the staff was very friendly & nice to us. Congratulations to my didi & jiju "Sunam & Sumit"

Very poor service, electricity gone and nobody cared to contact/entertain guests. Swimming pool not clean, serving cold food but yes they heated when asked to but I dont think this is something a customer needs to say about. Must avoid

I was there for swimming. The pool is 2-3 feet at the shallow end and 5-5.5 feet at the deep end. Filtered water is used in the pool.

I was there in a marriage ceremony. Well, where to start? Some of the snacks counters were right outside the unhygienic toilets, aromatic arrangement! Waiters did serve us snacks on our table quite punctually and with tissue papers but there's a catch. We had snacks like gravy Manchurian on tissue papers, ROFL. They did not provide disposable quarter plates even after requesting for, tight on the budget I guess.

Best marriage palace in Nadaun or near by areas, with best of the facilities. Loved the marriage hall, stage concept and entry for marriage guests. Lots of space to accommodate large marriage or public funtion parties. Many food options and was very delicious. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very clean rooms and with all facilities.

Fudu service in this hotel worst service named to be in 24 into 7 service they mis behaved with us especially ashu mandial owner of this hotel will be seen in court in future in shimla he is mis behaving in state of druken

Worst service provide they write 24hours service but they lock the door at 11 they promise us that they provide services till 2 but they provide wrost they misbehave with us we are local person so please dont come to this hotel,
