Great view from balcony osm stay here staff behaviour was good food was also good service was great overall great stay here

I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting.horrible customer service, worst experience ever. Left over food was given as if we wold not get it.very very unprofessional and rude staff with attitude as if we are staying for free, No parking at all, DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY

Amazing Experience and a great stay for the price. Literally loved it. I’ll come back to Manali and will again stay here for sure. The views were great and we have enough fun.here is a picture from the balcony of a room.

Perfect hospitality, very clean, nice perfect rooms and an amazing balcony side view with a perfect view of the snowy mountains, everything is perfect. Great ambience as well

I booked two rooms from Oyo when I arrived at hotel for check in the hotel owner said we don't accept booking from Oyo Advance payment did not receive back worst experience

Service and facilities were good and the staff was also helpfull. Overall it was good place.

We checked into the hotel and was informed that the rooms are not yet ready (we reached at 9am but booking was done as per the tour company, hence not really our mistake!) we were informed by the manager that only cash payment will be accepted even after the tour company informed us that all payments need to be done by paytm, so I had only 3k with me and the payment was 12k, we left for the day and asked them to clean the room and
upon returning informed the manager that I can only do paytm payment for which he stated I want cash (he said he also wants cash for his personal needs) hence asked for cash but is ok with paytm, I asked him to return the 3k and I will pay 12k via paytm as even I need cash. He was not happy About it and when I asked him if the room is cleaned, he stated that since I did not leave the keys it was not cleaned and it is my mistake, I informed him if he wanted the keys as there are no spare keys he should have informed me as this is my first time in Manali, I asked him to send someone to clean the room and as my daughter has sinus it's is not possible for a mother to relax at that time (I waited for 3 hours for someone to clean) so I called the touring people who said they will talk to the manager and get it done which was still like waiting forever, on the end I asked for a cloth and phenyl and cleaned the entire room even though the manager had cleaners.we had a staircase leadimg upstairs to the attic bed and while climbing the stairs I found a big nail sticking out, upon which they said it's ok, just a small issue and it's not like someone got hurt.the entire stay was horrible and the manager and the hotel owner was rude to everyone, I met with 4 different families from different parts of India and all regretted staying here.upon checking with the locals around the hotel we got to know that the management changed 1 month back and since then the service in hospitality and food has gone down the drain, pls don't waste investing your money here where the management is pathetic and inhuman!
Only the view from the balcony was worth it?

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.speciali thanks to Mr.kuldeep sing, Rohit sukla chef Mr Lucky for best services They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

My friends tour organiser India Travel online mentioned this hotel in his package but now he has changed while he is on his way to manali today on 18, So sad

Good rooms good to stay and mountain views are too cool.

Location of Hotel is amazing with big balcony and view of snow peak mountains. Rooms are decent size. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 days at this hotel and have no complaints. Price of the hotel is very economical. Food quality is decent for this budget.

The hotel royal rajput, hum log is hotel me 3 din rahe, hamara experience bahot badhiya raha. Hotel ka natural view, food service, staff service bahot achhi rahi.very nice hotel.

The hotel is full of all the good things that we need. It is very clean and the staffs are very courteous. The hotel is in the vicinity of beautiful mountain view capped with snow. Food is also good. Overall one can choose this hotel for a good experience.
