Ohh my second visit and this time I take my parents to make them try hello to the king sweet dish. This place is situated in bhagsu, though a little steep but the place, the food, the ambience amazing

Perfect atmosphere with delicious food being served in its own authentic way.

The food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options The vibe of the hotel was fantastic it had a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere that made my stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for both the food and the overall experience.

I ordered the chicken enchiladas, which is not the same as the original taste and flavour at all. Good crispy fries and salad. Food can improve more. Had a bite of the chicken steak which was flavorful. The sauce was good.
Polite staff. Service can improve in terms of response.

Firstly, the food service was very slow. Secondly, the food was not fresh. One of the waiter s misbehaved with me. To top this all up there were people peeping in the female washroom with the door open, who were staff.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The staff is so warm and welcoming. The food, especially Raku's breakfast specials is something I can never forgot.

Nice coffe place with okay/good food, but the waiters are very much not friendly or nice, atmosphere is so so, and often there's unexplainably inappropriate music playing (like loud techno mid day). Wifi is great

Rakus is my go-to place in Upper Bhagsu. I am visiting Rakus since November, 2021.
And the reason is their amazing food, their extremely polite staff and the soothing vibes of the place.
I have tried a lot on their menu and everything that I've tried till now tastes amazing.

Such a vibrant place staff is good food is fabulous and live band is something u always remember

A very nice cafe to sit and work in Bagsu.they provide wifi.the food is good.you can see lots of people sitting in corners with their laptops there. The only problem I had was, the music was a bit on the louder side and I had calls for about 3hrs back to back the day I visited Rakus, so I had to go out with my laptop and talk from there, which was not such a good experience.
Me and my friend ordered lamb fried rice and burger.both were tasty but it took some time to prepare so order when you have time.the price was ok compared to the other places nearby and the cappuccino was also good. Ladies washroom was little less clean that day, could be much cleaner.
Bagsu waterfall is 5mints walk from there and on the way you can visit bagsunath temple which is just 2mints walk from the cafe.

Amazing vibe and the vibe is so so so healthy and awesome. People were singing having food enjoying and vibing. Definitely a place to be also it stays open till 2 am so enjoy guys!

We booked one room with breakfast and dinner for two days. Room was spacious with some basic amenities. The worst part is their breakfast and dinner. While booking it is nowhere written that breakfast and dinner is not a buffet. The hotel staff told us that in breakfast u have to choose from Paratha, sandwich and omelette and that is only one item and only once that means u can't have more than one. At dinner also they said u will get fixed veg thali with one dal and sabzi and rice chapati. First we ordered one thali and to our surprise the Dal was like an old one and not eatable at all. So I request them to give me a non veg snack instead of my dinner thali for which they charge extra. Next day also we did the same and got one snack by paying extra.
MMT should take care of that and clearly specify in the booking that what will be offered in the booking.
We feel like we're cheated.

Its good cafe in bhagsu area. Good ambiance, extensive menu card. Tried fries and coffee. It was good.

Vibe is awsum, & d live performer is fully energetic. Sometimes it bcm too much crowdy than may be u will feel like delay in service but still it's worthy. Moreover it depends upon ur group & d other PPL who r responsible for raising the bars.

Great Quinoa Salad with lots of Tofu. Best location, nice atmosphere at night with everyday different live events.

Good stay, some of the staff members were helpful while others were a bit rude. Food is also great here!

I’ve fallen sick eating the paneer here. My boyfriend recently got food poisoning after eating the lamb here. When we confronted them, they got aggressive. I won’t be visiting this place again.

The stay was comfortable enough with clean toilets and hygienic rooms. The receptionist was really kind to help with our luggage the last day except one or two of the other employees during night who behaved quite rudely over the phone. Apart from that, overall a good experience.
P. S. The north indian food is quite good here.

U should visit there.u won't regret going there.

Very friendly staff and the hotel rooms are cozy with almost every amenities you can expect a hotel.
Their cafe has a real nice vibe to chill and relax.
Tip- Can add more main course item for lunch or dinner in the menu.
Brownie with white chocolate is a must try here. It's really delicious.

This place has very friendly staff and decor is beautifully done. We were very late in the night but they were kind enough to prepare food for us. We tried their chicken fried rice and it was delicious. We would visit this place again to check other items on the menu. They have a good collection of books also which you could read or rent.

A bit expensive but worth it. Food was really nice though you don't find much varieties.

Rakus place, Naam bade and darshan chote. 1 star only because of interiors and sitting area. But rest things are below average, and staff is full of attitude, they don't accept any suggestions. Me and my friend ordered pizza, but it was thin like papad without cheez flavour. Margarita pizza is almost same in every place but here it was too bad. When we told them, they told us that they have mostly foreign customers so they make it according to them. So this means that Rakus is not for Indians?

Everything abt this hotel is good. Food drinks environment all good. U can enjoy table n chair dining as well as traditional Indian way.on the floor with nice comfy sitting n small tables. But but but I personally feel live music is too much loud here. It's different still I feel it's loud.

Very awesome cafe in McLeod ganj Bhagsu, we enjoyed alot there, Live band was also there but that is in corner but sitting is in different side anyways we enjoyed, food quality is so good, our Orders took time, may it was because cafe was full that time but its super cool, don't forgot to see RAKUS CAFE if you in Mcleodganj, best place best cafe

Good place to spend with family and friends If you have enough time, Becuase each single order takes Approximately 30 mind more and Food is not Up to the Mark.
But the ambience is superb

Must visit place in Bhagsunag at weekend evenings. Lively ambiance, live music, lovely crowed and excellent host.

The place is awesome if you're visiting here for dinner and chilling purpose. Please try hot chocolate, white sauce pasta and lasagna The staff here is very friendly.
