The coolest bike rental service we have ever had.
The shop was open in early hours at 7am and the person was extremely helpful. He also shared a list of places we could visit in and around dharamshala. Since our hotel was booked in mcleodganj, he allowed us to give back the scooty in early hours of the departing day instead of late evening on the day before our departure.

The condition of the scooter was very good and the mileage was also reasonably high.

I did not see the need to do bargaining as the price which was quoted was cheapest by good margin and that too during Christmas and new year season.
