I have been going to RB Fitness for the past one month, and have found it to be a pleasant place to workout. The gym trainer Mr Rajeev (kaku) is a professional and guided us for each exercise. It is a good place to work out and anyone interested to come and talk to mr Rajeev. You will start to see the results of your exercise routine under his guidance.
It has two floors one for cardio the other for weight training. During the covid situation this is the best scenario. You can get time slots for less crowded situation. The trainer provides with best information and the workouts are also great.
