RC Nissan.feel vary same to choose this dealership.at the time of purchase of new car.your team hold one key and said it will be share with you along with RC, today more than one year go.but not get my car key.and when contact with manager the said it's done by sale person and he is not part of our dealership.even manger is also part of this.very bad service and dealing.

The worst service and showroom ever. If you want to make your life hell you can go to Nissan. They have lied in each and every step. They have given me a list of cost which included insurance, fasttag etc and they have raised the price in each item and in total it was 15000 more than what it should be. I couldn’t catch it but when I got the message if insurance it was a less amount then what Nissan people have charged me for.
In each and every moment I had to call multiple times to the showroom.
Within 2 months of buying the car it started showing the signs of both seatbelt and power bag, I again went to the service center they made me wander here and there then they denied to help me at all.
PLEASE Do not go for Nissan if you want to sleep well.

Had inquired about a car 4 days back still no one has contacted from the dealership, did receive call from company end and was told that dealership will contact immediately but pathetic dealership has not contacted dropped the plan of buying Nissan car.

Date: 16th August. Time: 2: 05 pm. No one is at the sales. Nissan already a drowning boat due to unprofessional dealers

Nissan cars showroom. Went to see new model of nissan car.
Features were good but being petrol variant it was very noisy.

Pathetic dealer response. Very much rude behaviour, unprofessional staff. Nissan's Magnite is truly a great car but due to such lamentable dealers; Nissan is failing in India. Highly disappointed

They make false promises of delivery.
Buy from Chandigarh instead, will save you time.
Due to dealerships like this, good company like NISSAN loses its value in India.

Service has improved a lot compared from last 2 services done at nissan solan. Overall satisfied. But it seems like there is no equipment available for wheel alignment which is dissappointing. I had to go for aftermarket wheel alignment but they ruined the handling of car.

NEVER BUY & GET SERVICE DONE AT NISSAN SOLAN. To start with, My car Nissan Sunny met accident, NISSAN SOLAN, they have no roadside assistance of providing flatbed crane, had to arrange my own crane. So Do not subscribe roadside assistance if you are doing mistake of buying new car from NISSAN SOLAN. Very POOR
1) NO SPARE PARTS: I got new front bumper and hood installed at Nissan Solan service centre they, took 2 weeks to get it fix as NO SPARE PARTS.
At the time of delivery, when I inspect the car, it seemed like work done by some road side mechanic garage.

2) WORSE PAINT WORK: All car engine under hood had sprinkled paint stains, Which was disappointing at first sight. I had to guide them to get them cleaned in workshop, Poor quality paint used to paint the hood and bumper and the finishing was so poor you can see the image the big dust particles, spoiled look of the car.on top of it the Service manager Amit had n number of reasons to inspire of accepting or fixing the poor work. I WILL HAVE TO GET THESE ALL FIXED AGAIN FROM SOME LOCAL PAINT WORKSHOP.

3) EXCESSIVE BILL FOR POOR WORK They billed huge amount for paint work for such a poor quality service. The bill they charged were not explained properly with breakdown had put tentative cost of paint and labour.

4) UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF: Service Manager Amit was very unprofessional in public deal and unmannered. I felt humiliated in service centre.

5) NO CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE: They don't accept credit card and if they do you are asked to pay 1.5% in addition to bill amount.

6) UNRESPECTFUL STAFF: i stay there more than 2 hours no one asked for a water forget other things. I never felt so humiliated and disappointed in any service centre as I did here.

AGAIN DO NOT BUY OR GET SERVICE DONE FROM NISSAN SOLAN PARTICULAR SHOWROOM SERVICE CENTRE, IT BETTER YOU CHOOSE SOME LOCAL AS GARAGE MECHANIC.

Worker are expert and cooperative.awesome service centre but there is no tyre alignment facility.

A quality experience all through! Right from day one, the sales team took special care. I wished for an exclusive colour, which was extremely elusive. The team ensured that I get the desired colour and variant within the promised time frame. Not to mention, the top-drawer experience and treatment at every visit! Cheers to Mr. Devinder, Ankit and Divya for a familial treatment. Look forward to the service visits.

I came to the showroom and really really liked the Datsun Go model, the color, features and price were perfect, the absolute only reason why I don't think I'll moved forward with the purchase is because I really need Automatic transmission, and in this model they don't make it, only in the redi Go model, which didn't have airbag features. Great car again, purchase if you don't mind manual transmission, Ankit was super helpful in the test drives I had asked for.

All sales and aftersales staff is good in nature, very helpful and keep on working on their customer satisfaction

Never goto RC nissan for repair all the Mechanic have not even basic knowledge about electronic cars.i have spend my 15 days and 50000 for a minor wire problem.
