The rooms are newly furnished, named beautifully after the rivers instead of boring numbers and the staff were friendly. The location is on the main road so you don't have to search much. The food was good. The only negative thing is the climb up the stairs. But overall worth the penny.

Beautiful hotel in Manali. It is completely surrounded by rose bushes of all colors. The view in the morning is amazing. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff is very polite and friendly and will serve breakfast as early as 5am when requested. We had a great experience here. They serve great food in the connecting dining hall from across the rooms. It is located a little on the interior side of Kanyal Road, but not very difficult to find.

Dishonored booking and gave to some others.
Didn't pick up calls when we called for address.
We struggled to reach their hotel only to find room given to others at late 9pm.
So careless and ignorant.

Hotel is at very nice location from here you can enjoy snowfall, and balcony have nice views as you can see in attached pictures. Food quality is also nice, hotel service is nice. In front of hotel local transport facility is available
