My recent visit to the Reliance Jio Outlet at BCS left me deeply dissatisfied due to the shockingly unprofessional attitude displayed by the staff. What should have been a routine interaction turned into a frustrating experience that compelled me to share my concerns.

Upon entering the outlet, I was met with an indifferent and dismissive demeanor from the staff. The lack of courtesy and willingness to assist customers was immediately apparent. It seemed as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity for them to provide service.

The unprofessional behavior extended to the way my queries were handled. Instead of offering clear and helpful information, the staff members appeared disinterested and unengaged. It was evident that customer service was not a priority at this outlet.

Moreover, when seeking assistance with a specific issue, the staff's response was not only unhelpful but bordered on rudeness. The dismissive tone and unwillingness to address my concerns reflected a complete disregard for the basic principles of customer service.

The atmosphere within the outlet added to the overall negative experience. The lack of a welcoming environment and the apparent disinterest of the staff collectively contributed to an atmosphere that was far from what one would expect from a reputable service provider like Reliance Jio.

In conclusion, my visit to the Reliance Jio Outlet at BCS was marred by an unprofessional and disrespectful staff attitude. Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any service-oriented business, and the staff at this outlet failed to meet even the most basic standards. I hope this feedback prompts a reconsideration of the customer service practices at this location, as such an attitude is detrimental to the reputation of the brand.

Useless staff.
Dont waste your time here if you're a foreigner.
They'll find any reason not to work.

Very bad service of jio fiber. No technician visited our place to resolve our complaint for the last 15 days despite of repeated calls on customer care and complaints on my jio. They don't even bother to pick up the calls.
Hopeless service.
Not recommended.

17days gone still engineer not came for fix my jio faiber.worst service ever.gin k inko 100 galiyan do wo bhi kem h. 21 din huwa jio faiber liye.jis din liya uske next day khrab ho gya.agle din theek kiya.fir khrab huw te se i nhi aaya.inke staff uper se kehte h ki humarko kuch btaya nhi h ese heh ye loog.ye word khud inke staff ka h.bina equipment k sath aa jayenge kaam kerne itne bure haal h.ek to daaru pi k aaya thha.or for bhaag gya.inti gandi service h in logo ki

As many people here seem to confirm, these guys are at least incompetent and possibly even fraudulent. For two weeks they tried to activate our sim card asking for the same documens over and over again (maybe lost them) but failed while giving changing random excuses and usually asking us to wait till the next day.

After those two weeks of continuous asking from our side they offered a refund of the Rs. 500 that we paid them for the activation process. However the entire show started again: They kept saying that it would be done the next day while providing all sorts of different reasons for why it wouldn't work that time.

At some point they stopped replying to our text messages and even calls. One month after we first visited the store we had to realise that we unfortunately got scammed and lost our money.

Little annoying:/. We wonder how they got the official company logo and everything.

Beware and only pay when you actually have the working sim in your phone!

I am sorry to say but your services are zero, poor n pathetic, you just sell you plan and after taking the money your response changes toward clinet. I request all not to take jio fiber services as you will cry

Worst service provider. My jio fiber is down sice last one week. Nobody bother to rectify even repeated service request telephonically as well as through online mode.

Very poor customer services. No designated area for customers to attend. Security guards have no clues how to attend clients. No reception area infact people standing in que to get simple things done. Not recommended infact airtell have better customer services.

Went for replacement of damaged sim card. The service people were not to polite to address the issue as they were busy tallying their accounts. After a wait of 30 mins, the guy demanded physical document as proof and rejected the ID card issued by state government.very unprofessional conduct I must say!

Jio prepaid and postpaid services available here. It's a main Point of sale in Shimla. Staff is very humble and helpful.

I was there for change my physical sim to esim and my work done in five minutes. During my visit there were three customer there and all of there queries and issues were solved by staff very well.

Good staff good service.

The only authorised place for any which is related to Jio telecommunications queries about Jio sim router etc all done here

Very bad service. Contact no. Is out of order at all jio offices in shimla so customer didnt get information.

Worst service i visited the store twice and that person came to my office but they couldn't able to issue me jio dongle because of system error while entering the details. Disappointing

Before i face some problems to activate esim but later on it was solved.great service and special thanx to Mr. Hem he is very polite and helpful
