Rosetum Kasauli

One of the top 10 Luxury Hotels in Kasauli. Though the approach road from Dharmpur Kasauli side is little narrow and through a crowded market area, the property really makes up for its splendid infrastructure and view.

Such a beautiful and well maintained property at kasauli. I was literally impressed with everything.on our first day it was raining so couldn't go out.but the property itself is placed over such a large area with so many sections that we enjoyed the entire day in property itself.food and hospitality are the main ingredients that makes this place so admirable.the staff here is so warm and respectful and always happy to help.food I have uploaded so many pictures so one can see for themselves everything was delicious.they have buffet system for every meal and ala carte as well.during the buffet staff here is so dedicated with there prompt services that you will be mesmerized.wonderful experience.

It simply loses two stars because of the horrible stench in the washroom. It's unbearable. We paid for a valley view deluxe room and the view we got was of the hotel. The balcony is so small you can barely step out. It's 5 kms away from Mall road and it's not in Kasauli, but in Garkhal. The only good thing about the resort is that it's built well, the staff is quite untrained and the food is nothing special. I only gave it 3 stars for the resort itself.
A note on Kasauli: It's a quiet hill station but the cabs are a mafia, they will charge you anywhere from 400-600 for just 15 mins of travel. It's plain robbery. My suggestion is take the bus, and these cab union mafia needs to be regulated by the govt. Or Kasauli will lose its worth as you spend so much money in travel.

Rosetum Kasauli.such a beautiful place to viit in kasauli. Its Roof Top restaurant is a surprise for all. You can have a beautiful view of mountains from there. A beautiful hotel with all amenities like, pool, restaurant, amazing rooms, play area for kids and surrunded by nature.

Very Average Hotel.staff is pathetic specially staff at the reception. Mr Harish at the reception has no manners and courtesy. There was no cleanliness and rooms are also very average.

The staff was very helpful and everything was well managed. The food was delicious! We loved the stay - appreciate all the help from the staff:) Highly recommend to visit

Me along with my husband went there to celebrate our 2nd anniversary and it was great. But I’d like to special mention about Ms. Sarika (at the reception). She was super courteous, polite and helped us in every way she could and made sure our trip was comfortable till the time we checked out. So 5/5 stars for hotel. But 6/5 for Sarika Ma’am.

Stayed one night. Room is clean and air conditioned to required warmness. Room had coffe machine, kettle, and all supplies. Very good view from the restaurant of the vlley. There was one restaurant outside the hotel nearby. Property is near to the famous Baba Balaknath temple.

Its destination is a little difficult for new drivers, sudden turns give tough time to them as i saw while going there, but service & staff is nice.its view is so attractive & peaceful, ambience is great.

One of the worst hospitality i have ever seen in my life. They hold events on terrace which is just above the rooms and the staff js ill mannered and you cannot rest with peace. When you ask them to change the room, they say that the property is sold out and will give you room in corner which doesn’t have TV in front of bed

Ample parking space is available with huge terrace of wonder full valley view.moreover Its a newly build property so u feel great to stay over, generally kasauli is full of old properties.staff is very cooperative & humble specially geetanjali mam operating front desks and managing bookings. She helped us a lot & considered our request about room on the spot plus at service end sarika mam is very humble & cooperative. Overall its a worth staying resort

I love kasauli

Excellent location, you can see the valley from the restaurant deck. Rooms are valley facing we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. This property is well maintained. Swimming Pool is on the TOP.mesmerizing experience. My kids had good time in the " kid zone". They played billiard and table tennis. Food is also very good. The best part is the staff who always try to make your stay comfortable. If you are coming to Kasuli. You must not miss Rosetum.

We as a big family with elderly visited the resort in November. I must say it's one of the best resorts in Kasauli. Its just 3kms drive to kasauli main market. Starting frm checkin to checkout, it was an awesome experience. Food at Sunset restaurant is excellent. All staff was taking so much care. Kiran frm housekeeping to Sarika frm sunset restaurant to Geetanjali at the front desk to name a few. All were very attentive nd polite. The view frm all the rooms is mostly good. A bit of foul smell was coming frm washrooms in super deluxe room no 205,206 that need to be taken care of. Rest an awesome experience. Will surely visit again.

Had an awesome stay at Rosetum Kasauli. The hospitality of staff members, right from the gateman to reception, restaurant staff and helpers, was highly commendable. Food was delicious. We were served by staff Tanuj, who was highly courteous, polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious with all the facilities. Balcony view was spectacular. We highly recommend this hotel.

I just came across this hotel while searching for a good accomodation. Stay was excellent. Best part was the view from jaccuzzi. Food was awesome. Hospitality at its best. The hotel staff deserves a special praise. Must visit.
