Royal Enfield Showroom - Snowline Autos

If there would have another Royal Enfield showroom & Service centre in my Area, I would have definitely go there, I don't know if it is because of lack of competition or what, they didn't treat me well. Specially when I went in for my first service, first of all they drained my fuel without any prior consent from me or atleast informing me, my fuel was at reserve when I went to pick up my bike and then my indicator was broken and they were not ready to accept it at all. The manager however agreed to change it but I was already disappointed at that point. And when they washed my bike, the temporary number plate sticker was also washed without any care or common sense. It was a paper sticker how could they wash it too. Very disappointed with so much of unprofessionalism.

Excellent staff and service provided by them. Expert technician. They also guide you to make more Excellency in your bullet.

Very Poor Expirencie Today. Spacialy Billling Sttaff is extraoversmart. Salesperson sale (Jaswinder) me a Policy paccage for in a year Two free paid Sercvise. But billing person charging me Very High.they convence me next your paid service is totly free. Thay think that I am fool. Rubish expepeierince.

Location on main National Highway. Easy to approach. Staff deployed is very humble, caring and hard worker for their duty.

This academy has the poorest service in the city. I bought a 350 standard bullet last year. On the very first day my bullet cannot get started due to wyring issues, secondly injector is still unable to pass proper current to the engine. The side stand sensor is fused twice in a year.
I went there thrice to get my problems solved, instead of solving my problem there mechanics has stolen my fuel and went for long rides. Even driving my bike by leaving hands and telling proudly that this is how a bike can be driven.
I am still facing these issues.
This morning I got a call from the egenccy that if I can come and continue the services with them.
I complained and asked this lady if they can solve my issues or not. She was about to call me after 10 minutes but I still doesn't have any call from them and they are even not receiving my calls.
I personally suggest people to avoid this academy there services, if you don't want your money and time to be wasted.

It was well furnished but they should have some snacks for the costumers who spend long time there.

It's good place to book royal enfield bikes. It is situated in kachiyari near nagrota bagwan town.

I visited this RE service center due to some minor damage and alteration I must say They know their job. I'm really satisfied with their job would like to recommend this service station to everyone.

Very very bad experience. Not suggest to customer to buy product from this site. Please choose other option. No manager in store only associates and worker runing this store. And you giving your bike for service please check your fuel. My 4ltr fuel stolen by the staff. Request you guys please don't visit in this store please choose other one.

Place for Bullet lovers. Met sales executive there, she explained the details about the product we want to purchase. Overall OK.

Mannerless staff.spare parts not available on sport always gives your approx 20 days waiting time. Worst service station in the district kangra

The staff is good and they have a lot of bikes in stock. I had my 1st buy of enfield from this showroom without any issues.

Service quality is not good, not satisfied recently I got second service of my vehicle, It was full from grease all parts were in bad condition took 2 hours for me to clean it properly. Neither they share the bill of service.

The only Enfield showroom I have visited which have wonderful and well behaved staff.
Had a great time here.

Good place for service and buying a new motorcycle, all available so far nice to know that when I visit there for service nice ambiance and great customer service.

I've heard a lot about bad royal Enfield service. But snow line auto aka RE Kangra has shown best of their interest for me from the day of my purchase till the third service and other services with regards to merchandise or spare parts. Thanks team snow line auto. Kudos for your hardwork.
