UnExperience mechanics, no one take responsibility very unprofessional behavior by advisors n foreman. My standards bullet was bot run properly missed acceleration, they changed part every time but not fixed i paid 3 tike for one problem is this justifies? After week they fixed it ;very disappointed ️

Amazing experience with the the employees except the security guard who has some attitude for no reason.

Very poor service.today vist for some issue in my classic 350 and discuss with staff and he started giving me excuses.and nothing solved my problem.

Honestly, a life saver.
I broke my gear lever in Kaza and needed urgent help.
To the rescue came Mr Sandeep and staff.

Exceptional service by them made sure my problem was sorted as soon as possible. Arranged all the spare parts necessary, bumped me up the queue so I could quickly be on my way.

I can not thank them enough. A wonderful experience.

I just got my Thunderbird serviced. I told them to check both the front and rear of my disc brakes. Whenever my bike is in 80 to 90 speed and I apply front brake after that, first time my break becomes too close with the exact same handle. There is a distance of at least 1 or 2 meters. When I apply in second time the disc brakes apply. Now let's talk about the engine. I reached Chandigarh from Mandi. I don't even know my engine oil is flowing from below. When I woke up in the morning in the parking lot in the night, I saw that so much engine oil was spilled below.

Everyone who is planning or traveling to Himachal via Manali route this center is the best, I would recommend to get your bike check here first, The entire staff was so helpful and they helped me on a Sunday with extended hours and also going beyond their limits. Pushpraj and Sandeep ji both are very good and helpful.

I guess I have never been to such a best service station of Royal enfield. My bike was taken care of and service manager provided me lunch while i was waiting as I was traveling from Kaza to manali and bike broke down near jalori pass.

Good behaviour of staff.customer lounge has attached toilet good thing. They keep on asking for coffe and tea.very appreciable and nice.

They helped us when we are backing to home from leh, with our Himalayam handel adjustment.

But very poor response my motorcycle after service I think royal enfield need to experience staff.
