Didn't expect this type of service from Royal enfield

The Royal Enfield service centre in district Hamirpur is providing best in class services to Royal Enfield customers. I have booked service through online Royal Enfield application but because of their inundation in database it was on Sunday and this service centre remains closed during Sunday post covid restrictions. The booking was reschedule for Tuesday. Being experience of different service centre across country as in Odisha then Andhra then dehradoon and then here in native district. I am quite satisfied. While checking the earlier reviews there are some who posed problem with respect refreshments not provided and behaviour was out of pick. But I didn't encounter any of these issues. They provided good response to the projected issues. Service yard was accessible that isn't case with all centre as it provide easy projection of on the spot issues resolution. The supervisor behavior was quite ok. That's what Royal Enfield is known for. Quite satisfied with the service. Most cases I have gone through the documents and laid down procedures. While there are some lapses which can be overcome I hope in future. Appreciated fact is that here cleaning is done very patiently and the man behind the work is happy and satisfied. He doesn't doing time pass but did it very properly. In my case he checked and done it twice. Thanks. Tea have been offered that's good part. As waiting for long and hospitality being taken care by re family.
Overall I have a good experience here.
Moreover what does matter is with respect to my bullet which has all the feelings that it must be handled and serviced greatly.

Worst quality service, they misaligned tire after service, chain sporket broken after that, the main worker was egoist that this can't be the case, as I have clicked some pictures they realised and changed it with extra payment.
Worst service, better service providers outside the showroom in local mechanic shops.
