Overall, We liked everything about this hotel. Sepcialy staff and breakfast. I would give them 10 out of 10

Food is amazing with revolving restaurant overlooking the town. Needs to improve their service

Do not be deceived by the pictures, the actual thing is totally different. One basic thing we wish to enjoy about hill station hotel is the weather but this hotel doesn't even have a balcony or window to allow fresh air to come into the room. If we were to sit in AC only we could have done it at our home. Why waste money and travel time. Showers doesn't work. Kids room is just for the sake of it. If guests are too much the service guys tend to forget your instructions. It's in the middle of town whereas the pictures deceptively show it's like on a mountain side with so much greenery. I won't go again to this hotel.

Hotel is in the centre of the city with valet parking facility. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms as well as restaurants offer beautiful view of the area and the mighty dhauladhar range. Ambiance of common areas is excellent and rooms are tastefully decorated. Kids play room is not up to the mark as it lacks proper ventilation. Revolving Resturant offers a great 360 degree view.

The food & food service in restaurant was very bad, specially breakfast.
N staff Service in restaurant is very poor, order karne ke baad bhi 30.40 minut tak dinner nhi aata.breakfast is not good too

It is a great place and must visit if you are around Palampur. It has the combinations of scenic beauty with having high end hospitality of staff at every level. The best time we had having dinner in their revolving restaurant and breakfast each day in the open terrace. 5* experience

In all total the experince was great. Great rooms and room services (Seema housekeeping). So poliet and humble employees.

I had amazing experience with the hotel. Staff was very helpful. We didn’t had a dance booking still staff cooperated with us and gave us the best deals.
They have amazing parking facilities available along with vallet just in case you are not comfortable with parking.

The views from the terrace and restaurant are just wow, you can enjoy the undisturbed view of snow clad mountains.
Also you can ask for room with a view and you can get pretty much same view from your room too.

Had gone to Palampur for the BMW GS experience and stayed here. A very nice ambience and stay. You'll get beautiful views from the terrace.

The view from here looks amazing the Himalayas the palampur city and the sunset while having your evening snacks.with nature beauty and staff also.and of course food as well.if you want to stay the palce where you can see the Himalayas and the sunset.this is the right place

Stayed for 6 nights in a large group. Liked the modern rooms, views of dhauladar, central location and the food. The breakfast buffet / restaurant service was inconsistent at times, but overall better than nearby options. Internet was spotty and didn’t have a UPS backup, so relied on a hotspot. Still probably the best option in Palampur city.

I didn't stay there in the hotel but I can assure you that all sarovar portico hotels are very good. I went to the bar of the hotel and it's the best one in the entire palampur. It's gives you 360 view of palampur and the cost of liquor and snacks is also affordable.so all in all a very enriching experience

While staying in Palampur we came here to spend the evening for drinks and dinner. Very beautiful place with a vista that is unforgettable. Revolving restaurant was closed but the one which was open gave us a satisfying experience. Sunset view and whole Palampur scene was awesome.
Food Service was not satisfactory considering the brand Sarovar Portico. Prices are on higher side considering the portions they serve.

Amazing view of whole Palampur in daytime. Nice place to spend time. Variety of food is available in buffet system. Food is like homely food and healthy as they make less oily vegetables. Bar is also really good with a great ambiance.

The bar is closed so the main attraction, the revolving restaurant is closed. The hotel is good and the staff is courteous. Food choices are very less.

Infrastructure is nice but staff is not professional at all. Quality of food & all was average!

Remember how you would get sloshed in those dingy city bars because of your miserable lives. Now do the same with dhauladhar views.

Improvements in food today. Services much better. Covid had brought every thing to a halt in the last couple of months. Hope you will be normal soon.

Great ambiance & beautiful view of Dhauladhar range. We went to the terrace cafe. Food & service both were excellent. But the night view is something that you will never forget.

We had lunch at the Terrace Restaurant and it was delicious food served with warmth. The staff is very helpful and soft spoken. However, Cloud 7, the revolving restaurant was closed. Look forward to next visit to try the revolving one. Must have one meal in the hotel

Overall the experience with rs sarovar was amazing the food was good, they have good hospitality, everything this was good and the view from here is so beautiful

Awesome view of the valley from roof top restaurant of this hotel. It’s one of the best property in Palampur. Do get your hotel rooms booked in advance if you are planning to visit.

Revolving restruant with amazing view and good food. Great hospitality of the staff.must visit when in palampur or near by.

The rooms at RS Sarovar Palampur are quite spacious. One must pay a visit to their revolving restaurant. The Staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Ms. Yashasvi took care of check in and checkout very helpful person. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

The view of snowy mountains from the restaurant is really breathtaking. Food is also good, we tried their buffet for dinner.

Visit at weekends for an amazing buffet at the revolving restaurant. Good food and mellow vibes. The bar has a pretty good ambience to itself.

Rotating resturant on 7thfloor was amazing we had a delicious dinner buffet there at night and view of palampur at night was just awesome and mind blowing

Dear sir/mam

Unfortunately, there is misbehaviour with me and my friends by your security staff (for Parking reason) in Hotel Saorvar Portico, Palampur.

This leads to ruin our newyear eve and as well as we pay a bill of 6000/- and left our meal + drinks there. We are not able to enjoy.

In future, we will not visit to your hotel again. Also, I will suggest my other friends or relatives to never visit your hotel.

One of nice hotel and banquet halls in Palampur, recently we had a marriage function here and hotel staff and arrangements meet our expectations.

360° Restaurant beside other restaurants. Good rooms. Excellent view of Dhauladhar Range snow clad peaks.

Best hotel in palampur. Very very good food. Revolving restaurant. Great view from bar and restaurant. And the brekfast area was super cool with mountain veiw. Simply love it

We order soup and they served it cold not only in one time but 3 times. And the rest of food was also not delicious or as we can say not matched to The portico's level.

Me and my family stayed in this hotel during the wedding day. The place is amazing, the view of the mountains from our room and in the restaurant are amazing. The staff are very friendly and nice. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay here again

Amazing dinning experience on a rolling restaurant revolving on the tallest building of the town to have a pannaromic view of the DhaulaDhaar range.

Standard sarovar portico style rooms. Comfortable with all amneties. Decent food. Good buffet. Great view from the revolving restaurant. But the revolving restaurant serves only buffet on weekends, u can't go there and order Ala carte.

Only place in palampur for comfortable stay.nice view.great ambience and hospitality.

Good place to see the aerial view of Palampur. No menu system, You have to eat what is provided on buffe. No much options to drink and eat.

A very good property though but highly overpriced in season.
If you want a room with a view, it's only a suite and that costs you Rs. 17500/- for a night. Rest all the rooms are City facing and available for 15000-/ for two nights.

One of the premium dining places of town. Cloud 7 (revolving restaurant) is too good specially at lunch when one can see around the dhauladhar ranges and valley

We were two girls travelling, place is very safe, our room had awesome view, was even able to see reflection of sunlight on snow peeked mountains from our room's window during sunrise. Very neat rooms, good room service and tasty food. Enjoyed our stay completely.

Awesome property situated in center of the town. We had a very comfortable stay there. Breakfast Buffet is too good. Room service is beyond expectation. Staff is too cooperative they even helped me plan surprise decoration for our first wedding anniversary.

Food below mark. No doubt tasty. BuT not good hygienecly. Got hair ininood three times in a row. Informed the staff about it all the time. They changed it. But again had a hair iin their changed dish. Might bbe they were making some new dish of hairs for their guests. And still got charged for food.

Visited Sarovar portico for a quick coffee break. Situated in between the busy market of palampur. They have a top deck meant for dinning area which provides 360 degree view of the mountains and amazing sunsets. Heard that it rotates though didn't experience that since they start dinner services around 7: 30 pm and I have to leave prior to that. Coffee was good, provided complimentary cookies which tasted good and crispy baby corn was delicious. Waiters were courteous and asked for feedback instantly if in case we don't like anything. Impressive!
Besides the open cafe, there is a chic bar with tastefully done interiors and buffet dinning area too.
This hotel goes in my list for my next stay in Palampur. Try to choose room with a sunset view if you are staying there because sunset looks great from this hotels or you can enjoy the same from open seating area at the cafe, incase you didn't stayed there and went for a quick coffee like me.
