Sanji's Cafe MILKY WAY

Overpriced casual place, riding on misleading entries on their menu. We ordered an Israeli breakfast which came with eggs of any kind. We asked for a shakshuka which they provided and asked for the drink included in the breakfast. While billing they billed another Israeli breakfast that did not come with a drink and charged 50rs for a mint tea that we did not order in the first place. The waiter asked us to order because it came with the breakfast. Quantity of mint tea is attached here (the fern is mine).

Stayed here for 4 months, amazing atmosphere, food, and accommodation. Sanji and brothers treated me like one of their own family. Love them all there and hope to visit again

Very homey. Like family. Great people. Sanji is lovely, cares very much about his guests. Food is delicious. You should definitely come here if you are looking for a second home away from home.

I ordered masala chai without sugar, it came with sugar. Apart from that the ambiance is pleasant and the service is nice.

The best place to stay at in all of dharamkot, the rooms are very good and the owner is amazing and really makes you feel like home. Also he is got a restaurant with really great food and a lot of vegan options.
He also can plan you trips by any kind.
Just can here and enjoy yourself.

Great experience here. Stayed here for 2 days. Fabulous experience. Helpful owners. Moreover, do visit this place if your looking for budgeted space to rent.

Didn't get any towels or soap.
No drinking water was provided on checkin in the room.
No proper communication.
I had booked the room for 3 people, and still they didn't bother to add the third mattress or even provide an extra quilt for 3rd person.

Great place to eat and stay in Dharamshala. Very comfortable stay, in-house Cafe, room service.

You get hot water 24*7 and truind trek is just 700 meters from room.

5 star, will come here only.

What you get: Clean washroom/bedroom, very helpful staff, hot water, good cafe inhouse, great view, connectivity through nearby roads/trails and transport, free wifi (great speed), sunlight (morning to afternoon) if you get the best corner room that I got.

What's nearby: Their own cafe, Trek and Dine, Taxi/Auto stand, main Dharamkot area, pure vegan cafe (bodhi greens), moonlight cafe, general stores, trail to Triund/Bhagsu/Naddi.

Rooms are good, excellent management, food is also great and if you want to go nearby taxi services and bike on rent is available at hotel itself.

Overall a comfortable and joyous stay with Mr. Ran Pathania. Thank you for making my trip memorable. Hope to visit again soon.

Clean and fairly spacious rooms with attached washrooms. Good WiFi speeds, power backup on its way. And in-house cafe food service with yummy food. Sanji Bhai really customises and helps out things for your liking. Situated right in the beginning of Dharamkot so you don’t even have to trek with your luggage, the car drops you to the doorstep. Overall, a great stay for long term or workationers.

Their food quantity and quality both are amazing and I just love butter paneer there and WiFi connection is very good I didn't face any difficulty in-network and owners are polite

Sanji's Milky way was my home for the 10 days and during this period, the brothers who run this place took good care of me. They have about 8 - 10 rooms which are extremely spacious and face the mountains directly. Waking up everyday morning to the direct sunlight and doing yoga in their spacious balcony was nice. The cafe is just downstairs. They serve variety of food though I stuck to mainly Indian cuisine. They have solar system due to which you get hot water 24 hours - a major requirement when the temperatures are 5 degrees in the nights! I would highly recommend people to stay here while visiting Dharamkot. The trekking route to Gallu, Triund start from here. Also, it is an easy walk to Mcleodganj.
