The desk employees were very helpful and they explained every detail about my car for servicing. The charges were also reasonable.

I purchased Venue SX from Kullu Hyundai showroom on 31st August 23, but on the day of delivery, no cake cutting was done in the showroom or they not made the car delivery special, which is done well in the rest of the showrooms in kullu.
Petrol was given in the car only up to 10 km distance, while the policy of 5 liters of petrol is of all car showrooms.
I felt that it was just a formality in the Kullu Hyundai showroom.
So I am only given 1 star for kullu hundai dilevery team.

Worst service station when talked about management. No benifit of booking for service when it never really starts at that time. Called me at 2 and the service started at 5. Poor service. I wish i could give 0 star rating as 1 star would be too much.

An exclusive Hyundai showroom with service station with maximum capabilities. Helpful for local residents. Just one thing they take little extra time for service and the waiting lounge is not that much good to relax for long hours. Other than that it's a nice place.

An authorized service centre of Hyundai.good staff decent behaviour prompt response and we'll equipped service centre. There is one issue that is almost same with all authorized centres they don't go much for repair and maintainance tehy just suggest quickly for change of parts or a cessories rather than trying to check it if it can be repaired or mended.

Service provided by Sant Hyundai kullu is satisfactory good. Staff and customer care services are also customer friendly. Granted five stars for overall experience.
