This year i needed a scooty so i visited every showroom in hamirpur and finally decided to buy honda activa. Very quick process and they have a good service area. Over all good experience.
Worst experience. They had delivered defected scooty with denting spot which cnt b seen in light n when i told them, first they agreed on first service.once first service done, I asked them for repair, they postpone to next service.i thought they will do later.so not a big deal.but this time they litterally avoided for evrything they said earlier.they just believe in selling only not in customer care service.their staff behavior, service manager behavior very very bad.not recommend for future services.
Staff behaviour is so bad. Service manager Kapil thakur behaviour is rude regarding us and other customers. If any company higher authorities check these feedback then pls tell then atleast talk and behaviour like a good manager. Everyone comes to Honda genuine Store because of loyalty toward brands but then these staff and manager makes very bad image about brand.
Worst service i have ever had at satyam honda At1500 km the whole activa is vibrating and making iteration sounds when i was driving 2-3 Times i will go at there for checking but they are telling me this is Common
