This was the worst room I have ever seen

I know the location was good
But the service was very bad
And the bathroom was very dirty
And it was stinking the towal was already used by the others
And they don't even give us a soap to bath or any shower items

I stayed here with my friends. A brief review:
1. Very spacious rooms. Hotel may not allow but one room can accomodate 5-7 persons too. Never seen such rooms.
2. Service, par excellence. Food very good in general. Comfort beyond expectations.
3. Location, though away from gandhi chowk but very serene. Almost in middle of clouds everytime. On the road to khajjiar, 4-5 kms from gandhi chowk. Parking in front. Very cool and silent place. Worth staying.

Cons
The location only, for those who wants to visit gandhi chowk every now n then but that area is very crowdy and lot of hustle n bustle. For those who want to stay with family and enjoy the stay, the location is much better.

Nice location on the outskirts of Dalhousie on Khajjiar road near Lakkar Mandi. Hotel is not managed properly. Bathrooms are not clean. Very Spacious rooms. They actually want to earn but do not spend to maintain the hotel. Staff is co-operative and nice. In total, a place acceptable for friends but not for family.

Had a very pathetic stay!
Food was pathetic! Gyser not working!
Cobwebs in bathroom!
Better avoid this place.

Worst experience ever. They don't know how to talk to the guest and the rooms are so dirty.
Lode ka hotel hai. Never have I ever met such ewwww kind of people.

Bad experience. We got late by 6 hours and the management didn't even bother to call to check in.
Bathooms have zero ventilation and is always wet.
Linens were stained and got towels which were torn. On complaining about the delay due to traffic and that the hotel should come up with some pick up for guests the manager's response was- "what can I do about it. "
Will not recommend this hotel for stay.

This place is a little away from the main city/market which is the best thing about it. It's close to natural beauty and air.
The staff is friendly and hospitable.

Average hotel, average rooms, substandard bathrooms, average food. Wrong hotel at good location. Wornout towels and holed bedsheets still make it worse.

Third class hotel.
Do not stay here. Not international, Not Three star.
Management not cooperative. Management behaviour like we stay in hotel at free of cost. Bathroom is unfavorable. 1 hour wait for water supply in bathroom. Flush system not working. TV not working.

Such a bad stay it was
Not at all nice
Washroom had alot of leakages and laundry and stuff was too bad
No bed tea arrangements of sugar, milk etc
Bedsheets pillow covers etc were shabby and dirty
No good beddings nothing

So disgusting people they keep in hotel as a manager. They don't want to help others if they are indeed. They don't allow people to come and use their washroom. Straight forward they deny.poor people.poor hotel

Owner & gm was so so rude charged very high &facility zero.food was not so gud expired tea packets I suggest never choose these hotel for your stay very very bad experience

Parking is along the road but manageable
Problem is room tarrif is not fixed
They charge depending on how busy is the place on that day
One day they say 3000, next day they directly jump to 5000
They need to be bit reasonable as one feels exploited

I Suggest Change Hotel Name #Satyam Local Hotel. Third Class Hotel. Not working TV. Not good Service.
Managers Bad Behaviour. Hotel room is not 3 star room it is only Guest house type room. Please not book this hotel if you enjoy your golden days in Himachal Pradesh.

The Host Sahil was well mannered, attentive and always ready to serve. Good cleanliness. Rooms were spacious.

Pathetic rooms and service. Heating in winters is a humanitarian requirement but this hotel charge Rs 1000 per night extra for an inefficient portable heater!

Its just hell to live there with very bad food and as much they charge the quality of interior is quite bad
If one is staying there then don't expect anything above average.

Worst service, ne Its too much costly, i personally suggest that no1 should stay here. Bottle worth rs 20 se get here @45, Asli same asli coke of 90rs se got @210.

Hotel team management and staff not cooperative, room service not proper, rudely behavior off manager n staff, room not proper, washroom handle was broken n window pane was transperent n not proper, every body can see through.

The hotel was good,? The food of the hotel was very good, the status was the best The staff is mind blowing

Overall Hotel satyam International is completely full package and 101% value for money.

This hotel was far beyond expectations. The quality of food, the rooms, the staff, and everything at such an altitude is just amazing.
